Got treatment by Dr. Sunny. The doctor was very polite and his medicine worked very well. The staff is well spoken and helpful. The hospital looks very nice and luxurious. It is a bit expensive. The only problem I had, was searching for a charging port for my phone everywhere. The receptionist said that the 2 out of 4 that were free were not working and could not find another one anywhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dr. Jain . I went to him for a hernia operation in September 2022, but unfortunately, May be the procedure was not done properly and my pain persists. Not only that, but his post-operative care has been extremely negative and has made me even more afraid about my recovery. Instead of being supportive and offering solutions to my ongoing pain, Dr. Jain has been dismissive and uninterested in helping me. He has only added more anxiety and fear to my already stressful situation. I expected better from a medical professional and am very unhappy with the treatment I have received. I do not recommend Dr. Jain to anyone looking for proper medical care and treatment. Even ICU ward looks like a general ward,this hospital isn't worth the money we spent.

I have started visiting there to Dr. Deepika Kohli she is an excellent nutritionist with lots of experience and knowledge. I have multiple issues related to my weight and after starting with her recommended diet plan I'm losing weight regularly. I would recommend her to anyone willing to lose weight.

My experience was pathetic with the facilities and the staff. We have to deliver our baby because of our gynaecologist. After delivery the nursing staff rarely bothered about the well being of the mother and the baby. My baby was sleeping and the nurse was tired to wake him up and was like, i will come in a while ye kispe gaya hai soney mein and all that. Then she never turned up after so many reminders. I was a first time mommy and unaware of the breastfeeding facts and baby care. This hospital is Not recommended at all.

Waste of time and money. They asked about which policy you have before checkup of patient. No doctor visit till 12:30 pm. No Management facility. Please don’t visit here if you want healthy treatment please visit another hospital. If there is rating options in minus then i choose -10 out of 10. They trying to normal delivery in operation.

NICU experience: Pathetic. They charge 20k approx for one day and with pathetic service. 2 nurses for 20 approx. newborn. Nurses are also helpless because of workload. How can 1 nurse handle 10 newborns ? Babies keep on crying and sleep by themselves. Never recommend to anyone. It’s painful to see small babies cry. Also doctors are in full attitude. Highly recommend: dr. Shayam kukreja (karkardooma)- he is too polite and highly experienced doctor. I have never seen such a doctor who says when to visit a doctor and when to not. Because now a days doctors share incomplete and false information just to make money.

My son got UTI just because of wrong medication and dengue positive still no doctor in emergency is capable of handling the same. Emergency staff not ready to admit the child. I am new to Delhi and I am Staying for the past 6months. I had sudden Allergy due to some insect bite/food and the rashes was increasing day by day became severe. I had immediately searched the Google and found this Hospital and went in Uber by 5AM. Went to emergency and the Duty Dr attended promptly, the Nurse checked my BP and Pulse. Immediately they treated me without asking for any Registration Fees/Admission Etc. The Dr Instructed Some Injections to be given in IV and I took rest in the emergency ward. After the treatment they asked to pay the Service Charges. I was really happy seeing the hospitality of the Doctor, Nurses and the Staff. Later I went and paid the medical fees and the same was very very reasonable and the medicine prescribed was also reasonable charges. I had got best treatment from this Hospital and will visit here for all my future issues. In the capital city it is very difficult to find such a hospital with a good mentality 🎊👍👍👍💐 Thanks to the Malik Hospital and it's Management. **************************************** I visited your hospital yesterday morning 6.3.2024 due to fever and severe throat infection at 10.15AM, I went to the emergency and the Duty Dr was very rude and denied treatment and asked to go to OPD, with full body pain and fever I went to basement OPD where the Doctor has not yet come. Again I went to the reception and complained and went to Emergency the Dr was fighting with Me. Denying Treatment in Hospital is a serious Issue and may end up in cancellation of license to your Hospital and I will take up this issue legally and I withdraw all my previous review given to your hospital.

Recently I’m having treatment from Dr Shruti Malik. First of all I came to her as of great recommendations from my friend and now I can recommend her too. She is very professional and caring. The treatment is going very well and I definitely will come back for keeping my teeth healthy.

COVID TREATMENT I am a 75 year old man having diabetes and was tested COVID positive in the month of November 2020. I was admitted in Radix Healthcare during that time for COVID care. They were very closely administered the medicines that were given to me and ensured were given to me on time. I had a wonderful experience with Nutritionist Deepika Kohli. I took her consultation over the phone where she was regularly in touch with me and was monitoring my weight n diet plan. Her knowledge on Nutrition science is excellent. She guided me so well for my weight loss and helped me to create a sustainable well balanced natural diet which I can follow forever. I will highly recommend Deepika ji to everyone of all age groups.

Treatment was ok, but they need to workout on 2 things- 1.Visitor policy-Here, they have no control over visitors. We were in semi private room with two beds and for other patient visitors came late till 12:30 am, at times 7-8 ppl visit that patient. They should think people came here for treatment not for getting infection, specially after corona pandemic when we all are so much susceptible to various infections. 2. They have network issue in rooms you need to leave patient to attend a call.

I went Radix healthcare for surgery of CBD stone. They admitted my mother for one day and done the test, made there bill for approx 28000 and then next day they referred me to MAX stating that CBD stone surgery is not available here. They were well aware that my mother is having that problem instead they admitted her.
