When I entered with my father, I was attended by the staff who were the best in their work and was guiding us for everything like payment, room allocation and many other information. We were barely waited to be helped when I checked in. I was answered for my every query. Then we were attended very nicely by admission staff and nursing in EMR. They took care of us devotedly and they were caring for my father day and night. The surgery also went well and successful. Even the cleaning staff was coming in every room twice-thrice a day and was very polite and humble. Ward boys was also handling my father very carefully and was providing each and every things which has been asked. Our whole stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Managers have willingness to listen and solve at their end only. Hospital is maintained excellently, nice gesture by nursing staff. Overall had a very good experience and feel at home. Devoted and empathetic staff with a humane touch to the patients. They basically focus on providing best treatment and care. Nothing to specify in particular, everything was in good manner and the best part they listen to each and every problem of patients and their attendant and try to solve it in their best interest. @doctorgupta sorry in advance for this honest review based on my person experience. I visited emergency on 5th july night around 11pm for a severe stomach upset. Got immediate treatment and get relief. I decided to exit the hospital at 2.30pm once i was feeling much better. They asked me tomorrow morning after 10 am to collect the report and meet the doctor as well in opd once my reports are ready by then while, leave that thing in my hand for tomorrow just in case i have to get admitted. IT WAS MY SOUL DECISION TO LEAVE AFTER I WAS FEELING WELL. While checking out i was checking the bill. One of my uncle who was accompanying me noticed that they charged me something twice which only suppose to be use 1. Once we object they apologize and said BY MISTAKE and waived it off. On 6th july i came at 10.30am to the opd asked for report as well but the report was not ready. I met doctor gupta and he advise me to get admit in my kind of case for 48 to 72 hours which i agreed and accepted. Whereas my father asked him from behind that 48-72 hours. Doctor replied “beta papa ko samjhao”. Went to reception asked for private room which was not available. Semi private room was allocated where i asked the guy to inform me once the room is ready. Went to emergency as per the protocol where they will charge you emergency bed charge by the meantime they will move u to the room. (Thats my assumption after the incident ). Only blood sample taken, flushed the thing they put in my hand to check whether its working or not and blood pressure, weight got checked again in emergency. After This i checked in into my room at 1pm and decided that i don't want stay in the room which is unhygienic. In which the bed sheet was not changed after the last patient. Bathroom was in horrible condition not less than any SULABH SUCHALAYA OUTSIDE. Curtain was stained, room has fungus, peeling off wall putty, cobwebs, white bed was like grey in color which looks like never gets deep clean and you are charging more than a hotel room outside in any 3-4 star hotel. Doctor Gupta, Atleast in this covid time step out of your beautiful clean chamber and have a look in the facilities inside your hospital and try to make the same standard of cleanliness everywhere in the hospital the same way of your chamber. In all this i met such a humble and gentle staff of your who was really calm and have a very good patient handling skills. This guy is from kashmir with beared who was gentlemen and he made sure that my checked out done properly and fast. KUDOS AND SPECIAL THANK TO THAT GUY. I checked out at 4.30 pm. I am sure that the form reached to you before i was leaving as LAMA (leaving against medical advise). Till this morning 7-7-2022 my report came after repeated call from yesterday and again reminder in the morning as well. This morning I went to max met the internal medicine doctor for the second opinion and he clearly advise me not to admit and advise me some medicine. Also, charging for a whole roll of white tape in the bill where u just put once in the patient hand. Selling LOOSE SURGICAL GLOOVES IN THE HOSPITAL WHEREAS NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS WEARING WHILE TREATING ME AND CHARGING IT EXPENSIVE. Not only that, do u think as a doctor it is adviseable to sell loose glooves and manhandled by so many people from patient attendant to the pharmacist to the wardboy which already carried so many bacteria and then using it on a patient who is already sick whose immunity is low. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE EMOTION AND HARD EARN MONEY. As they go to the doctor with full faith and believe like they are going to any worshiping place. And once they know that they are getting mislead and cheated.

My mother was admitted in the Kanishk Hospital Dehradun in the name of Dr. Gupta after observing it's rating on Google as very good. But after spending 4 days in the hospital Dr. Gupta did not take even a single visit to the patient .your medicines will be stolen by staff at the end. Everything is very normal and expensive . At the last before getting discharged A person will come and take your mobile and will ask to search KANISHK HOSPITAL. He himself will give reviews 5STAR. So that next time a people like us will judge this hospital on the basis of its ratings. Which is purely a FRAUD. Moreover treatment was unsatisfactory.

Worst thing is about the collecting the ct scan report, they tell me report will be ready at 7:00pm but they aren't respect about the others time, 7:50pm get the report waiting for too long. They busy with their own company. If the process will take time just be honest with patients how much time it will take , we have also work can't sit and waste our time. even they don't deserve one star. Go other test centre for test not here.

Such a reputed hospital , in the name of a reputation they are taking the rights of employee, I worked there and I left the job but they still have not given my salary yet , it's been 4 month since I was waiting for the reply from the hr as well as from the department but there was no response , what to all think ? By keeping my salary your hospital is going to become reputed ? Not at all . You should not take any ones curse by doing this kind of behavior. Worst hospital and doctors i have ever seen. They are trying to make more money from the patient by doing irrelevant tests. I visited to Dr. Ritu Gupta and she asks me that where is my husband working and after listening she just wrote "needs admission". And when i asked the reason for admission, her sister told me due to low BP. I take my file back and then visited to Max Hospital. I also faced the same thing with Dr. Mukesh Gupta. All the doctors are very greedy. They didn't care about patients.

Worst hospital. They try to loot the patients writing irrelevant tests. Gynecologist department headed by Dr. Ritu had least idea of the patient condition and try to force tests. During my visit, I asked simple question of the need of the test and she goes on bashing out about her experience and the studies she did, which makes no sense. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Zero is the only rating they deserve but that is not a option.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. The doctors here have to just fulfill there target. They have nothing to do with patient's health. My father was admitted there in ICU for five days than they shifted him to ward and Dr Deepen Patel kept on saying that he is OK now he requires nursing care. And you can take him home but he can take food though RT(artificial food pipe). But after 3 days he said that he needs to be shifted to ICU again. And when we asked the reason, as all his vitals were OK. They have nothing to tell they said he needs to be under observation before DISCHARGE. They just wanted to shift him to the ICU as they had beds vacant in ICU on that day. WE ASKED FOR DISCHARGE AND GOT DISCHARGED AT 1 AM AT NIGHT We shifted him to another hospital and he was fine there and got discharged in a week time. Kanishk hospital was my worst nightmare. They just have to make money they will give countless expensive medicine to the patients even without seeing his body can accept those medicines or not. Please don't visit this hospital specially the physician there.

This hospital is not hospital its money making trap. Never visit this hospital..if you go there they will write numbers of test just to make money even these are not required when you consult another doctor.. don't trust them if you want your family to be fine..they will write surgeries and they won't cure you with these surgeries..their main motive is too make money..one more thing don't believe these five star reviews..on the discharge day a person will come to you and ask you to give five star even he takes the phone from you and do it yourself.. don't trust them

Dr. Mukesh kumar Gupta is very humble, He is very wonderful surgeon and great person. He speaks very softly and behave very good. He take time with the patient to help them with their health queries. May went to Kanishk Hospital with the problem of shoulder dislocation which happened earlier at the Johri hospital but he could not connect properly.Then in May Kanishk Hospital met Dr. Sandeep sir and he did my resurgery very well and now my shoulder is properly connect to the joint. Overall its a nice hospital and friendly staff as well. One thing which bothered us very much and which could be lack of proper training was intolerable sounds by staff (housekeeping/cleaning staff/nurses) - there was arguments/ loud calls to each other in the corridor which were easily accessible and bothering to the patients. Even the cleaning staff who were active from 4 am itself did not bother much to keep them low profile in favour of the patient while entering and exiting the rooms. We personally had to notify them about it but it seems that this is usual for them. I think "Keep Silence" around patience rooms is something well expected from the visitors and hospital staff

I have done my mother surgery in Kanishk hospital. All doctor or nursing , radiology staff is so kind and supportive. it was good experience with Kanishk hospital. *Doctor* - Our treated doctor was Dr.M.K Gupta and Dr. mazhar , Both are quite friendly soft spoken person and well traind experience doctor. ✓Patient food service is good. ✓Hospital quality are awesome and hygiene. ✓ PCS , TPA department was nice. *Advise* - need to be improment in patient quality, i have seen many mistakes from nursing side like cannulation , blood samples, they are not well trained which is not good for patient. This hospital is NABH accredited so they should be trained in patient quality. *Remark* - we are thankful to Kanishk hospital to give us best treatment and safe surgery.
