Its my 2nd time i had to join again for the same cause which I didnt like to join. Cause they are charging huge amount for any normal cause. But dirty area. Emergency ring bell is not working. They said every sunday will clean and rest of the days are dirty. One best thing for this hospital is very good doctors and staff nurse are friendly with patients. Especially Dr. Raman kumar is fantastic and very genius doctor and pretty good experience. He has solution for all illness and simply awesome doctor. From the staff who taking care of me Ms. Anju 7th floor and Mr Karim. Both are fantastic and they treat patients like their family members. Very supportive.

I want to give zero stars to this hospital. This is a worst hospital in Delhi. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. Don't visit here. They are unprofessional, rude and money minded. They don't understand the sensitivity of the patient. I admitted my 13 months old baby in this hospital and doctor advised me for MRI, EEG and echo tests but hospital staff was focusing for MRI only but my baby was not co-operating for this test and she was not sleeping during MRI so they gave sleeping medicine twice and one time anesthesia but MRI could not happen as per my baby was not co-operating so I asked for other test EEG which was very important but nurse Ms. Nikita on 5th floor she misguided me for test and misbehaved with me she was also rude with her replies. My baby was admitted for 36 hours but there was no MRI and EEG done and i wasted my money and my time. Please don't visit there.

No staff in the Emergency OT for last one hour. Reception says please wait, please wait and it's going on for last one hour. Now I will never turn back to this hospital Date 13 August. Time 9:15 to 10:15 am

If there would be an option to give rating in negative then I would have given negative rating due to the unprofessional behavior of one of your doctor in emergency ward. My wife is pregnant and today morning she met an accident. When we arrived in Ayushman hosptial in emergency ward, Dr. Satish said that they can't admit in emergency ward and we have to go to OPD, so we went to OPD and its 9:30 AM in morning so OPD will open at 11:00 AM, she was having little abdominal pain also and pain in shoulder too. So instead of waiting we thought we should request Dr. Satish to take a look at the condition of my wife as she was having abdominal and shoulder pain. When we request Dr. Satish to admit my wife, so he responded and said "yaha kya sab ko leta lu". I am not sure what kind of language your doctor uses with patient but these wordings are really unprofessional and show how a person after studying this much can be illiterate and speaks to a woman like this. So we responded that if your wife would be same situation so would you be doing the same thing? So she responded "me uske 2 khantap marta" and he started shouting and said to the security guard "abey inko nikal na yaha se" and refuses to give medical care and uses a few other improper words. So, at 11:00 AM OPD doctor, Dr. Raj Kumar attended and gave instructions to perform an X-Ray. So, after X-Ray reports came Dr. Raj admitted my wife to emergency ward and ask us to contact Gynecologist. After that things went well but my major concern is: This is how a doctor should behave with patient like Dr. Satish Bahadur Singh behaved? It seems in the eyes of Dr. Satish Bahadur Singh the value of baby's life is worthless who is still in womb. What would happen if there would be some internal issues? Who would be responsible if anything would happen due to this delay? I have complaint to Dr. Anita (MHA), Dr. Prashant Sanwal, let's see what action they will take

Aayushman Hospital is situated in sector -10 dwarka and very closed to market area of Sec 6 and Sec 10 dwarka. They provide all kind of medical treatment and services including test. Open 24 hrs with emergency services.

Amazing. Started only 2 months back. Rooms are very neat and clean also very spacious. Doctors and Nursing staff are very polite. Overall a good option for Dwarka residents where they can get quality service at reasonable price.

Worst experience with Dr Ankit Sharma ( chest specialist) , he don't know how to treat his patient and how to talk with his family, my father admitted in walking condition , however within 4 days he told us that we may need to put your father into vantilator, however I instantly took lama and rushed to RR army hospital, today my father is well ,all thanks to army hospital. My mother was admitted in this hospital and after operation even 24 hrs not completed they have discharged without any information. My father was admitted for hernia surgery in this hospital. The doctors were brilliant and friendly.. Apart from it nothing was good. Cleaning was bad, nursing staff seems quite illiterate. TPA was not friendly. One of their senior TPA was not even interested to talk. Such lazy staff I have seen in my lyf.. The govt staff are much better than them. When they ask for rating they directly asked for your phone and provide rating themselves which was ridiculous. I will give 5 stars for doctors and 1 star for other services..

Money minded people after spending 5-6 lakhs and 12 days admission they do not even investigate the root cause and keep continuing the treatment without knowing the problem selfish people they are when it comes to deposit they are like calling like ridiculously. My father was admitted under Dr. Richa Singh (neurologist). She took almost one month but could not cure the disease. Here dialysis center is very poor quality. A dialysis technician looking after whole unit. Dialysis me technicians are rude and cruel. The staff of dialysis behave rudely with the patient and if you complaint they say you can go in any other hospital. All services are bad and not as per the required standard. They don't use senetisers. They don't use gloves. They don't use medical parameters for hygienic conditions. Hospital does not provide satisfied services to the patient.

Nursing staff most Unprofessional, Admission Block Need to much imrovement,

I was admitted for 5 days. In that while all the nurses and doctor visits were timely. Medication was also provided timely. The Deluxe room is very spacious and the furniture seems to be of quality. Other than that the cleaning staff seemed lazy. Washrooms didn't seem properly cleaned whenever they were done cleaning.

The service is good and Dr. and nursing staff well behaved but. Discharge timing is too late It takes approximately a minimum of 6 to 7 hrs and the lift is very slow. And also 2nd lift is mostly down for repairing

Third class hospital in services, staff and Dr behavior. No sympathy or co-operation towards patient or attendee. Guards keep on staring you everywhere you go out or come in. Cashless insurance got rejected due to tpa and Dr. Improper reports. They simply denied any help and shamelessly asked to pay in full. Only infrastructure is good rest everything service is pathetic. You keep on ringing for nurses they are never on there seat and justify themselves by saying that we r serving others. They keep on gossiping and you keep on calling. Many more things but I think it's enough to review.

Skin care unit at sector 12 is only meant to make money. Can't recommend to anyone. The people on the helpdesk are not aware about the policies. The unit is only promoting the skin products and doctor's will write the product that is available in their own product selves. I went there to return 1 product that doesn't suit to my kid's skin and they refuses to return stating we do not have return policy and any adult can use the product, which clearly shows they sit there only to sell skin care product.

I went to Ayusman Hospital for treatment of my son who was suffering from Dengue fever with 93000 platelet count with no severe symptoms.  The doctor viz, Himanshu Sesama, on hearing that we have corporate health package, had started instilling fear in us that my son is serious conditions (stating that minimum platelet count should have been 3,00000) and requre immediate ICU admission.  We left the hospital and went to Manipal Hospital.  They had immediately done dengue test and it was found that platelet count drop to 72000 but Dr Sanjay Gupta advised home treatment since there was no other health complications/ severe symptoms. He prescribed necessary medicines and guided on supportive home care.  My son has now recuperated. We will never come back to this hospital.

I was admitted due to stomach pain, there was no cleanliness, washrooms were very dirty and the cleaning staff was also very non cooperative, careless and irresponsible. Dr ankur jain, gastroenterologist performed my endoscopy without giving me proper anaesthetic liquid which I later on came to know and because of which the procedure was very very painful and uncomfortable for me. If the doctor would have given me the proper anaesthetic I wouldn't have felt so much pain. This was clear negligence from the doctor's side. I would not recommend Ayushman (Dwarka sector 10) hospital for any kind of treatment. very disappointing experience.

Worst poor management hospital. Better to go any government hospital, in OT used blanket of one patient is given to another patient, dont waste money, they hv very less staff on all patients (spl night) poor services, you have to ask and run behind staff for everything. On 2nd Feb, Admitted my wife for delivery, but seems worst decision, at night the staff who was cleaning the floors later came to carry my baby for blood test, later same staff came for some other stuff. In night my wife needed support so I call the staff but the nurse said there is no female staff since we have only two people and both are gone for some tests. My wife ask some stuffs for cleaning and all then again they refused that they don't have. At the end when when my bill came so I was surprised they charged me for the doctor visit which didn't happen meaning they are blindly charging. Also they kept us in general ward in first day and shifted to pvt ward next day but they made complete bill as we stayed there in pvt room and when I asked so didn't bother to correct and said its policy as per insurance, we can't do anything. When I asked for detailed bill, ward staff told me to go ground floor on cash counter, thn cash counter told me to go TPA counter, TPA counter send me some other counter and then next counter guy had all the details but he told me to go on 7th floor (this whole process reminded me govt hospital) Their list is poor quality for which u will have to wait for 5-10 min and thn it will go slowly slowly. Only the doctor (Neelishma) was helpful.

Very bad experience when I have visited the hospital for lab tests and ultrasound. Everything is overpriced here. Very bad behaviour in ultrasound department. They are registering patients from previous day without any queue procedure. They are taking people random ku and once the number has coming they are asking for ID proof. I told them I can provide you everything but 1st do the ultrasound as she is pregnant and needs to got to toilet which she has kept for 1.5 hours because of ultrasound. But they are very careless to understand this. I am not going to take risk with these careless, pathetic and dishonest people. There should be a negative rating Google should provide.

We consulted this hospital in the midst of COVID 19. We were highly satisfied with efficient screening at gate and social distancing measures. It is actually followed here. Scan was completed in multiple sitting but we enjoyed the session very much .He is very polite,informative ,dedicated and very professional. we are highly satisfied.

Pathetic support have been waiting to get registration number for my daughter's birth certificate but every time I call I hear a new excuse which are: pls call back by 6 pm as staff has left, we called as advised then we were told to call before 5 pm as the team leaves by 5 . We called in the afternoon and we were told the team is having lunch, we called after an hour we were again told about team is having luch and we were asked to call back later. During this period multiple call back being promised however no call back received. Not sure what is the issue in giving the registration number.

One day before as advised by Cowin support team I called them up for vaccine as booking was not possible due to technical glitch then hospital demanded booking. M not going there anymore. But this attitude for paid vaccination sucks

Manika gautam, my physiotherapist in Ayushman is one of the best. She is very dedicated and sincere in her work. She helped me and explained all the process very patiently. She is knowledgeable, knows her work well. She is a very good asset to the hospital.

This hospital is only a place to go if you have no other option. I was there in the ICU for 2 days and then shifter to ward for 2 days. The night staff in the ICU are least bothered about patients and seems to be on picnic gossiping around giggling and laughing without caring a bit for patients. The patients have to call out several times to seek their attention and service. However the day and the evening staff at ICU were absolutely wonderful on their toes. Very supportive, co-operative and attentive staff in ICU except for night shift. The service gets even worse when shifted to wards. Seems like students or beginners are hired to learn and experiment on patients. They came without reading patients file and asked me what medicine is to be given. The IV cadula leaked while drip for painkiller was inserted. While complaining a new cadula was inserted by a learner on bone. It was my worst nightmare here as I had requested for painkiller and instead it raised my pain. Immediately I asked all my treated to be done through oral medicine and not through veins. In normal circumstances this hospital can be visited but in severe cases it's better not to risk your life in hands of these casual staff. Even after complaining no particular action was taken. Finally I had to request for discharge mid of treatment as I didn't want to suffer more ay their hands.

Efficient and friendly service. I got an appointment the same day I called for blood tests and had the results the next day. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting quick blood tests.

Best hospital in dwarka . Just need to improve cafeteria facility. Staff and doctor behaviour is good. But before allocating bed there is no number criteria to allocate bed. you don’t know when you are going to get bed. No transparent system in bed allocation. Rest things is cleaning behaviour treatment best.

Good staff and doctor facilities.its very polite and nice person. But Bill office 7 th floor star it's very bad to treat with customer service his behaviour arrogant and attitude fully not good talking. i has been bad experience this accountant team.

Single staff at pharmacy and very long queue . For single medicine I have wait 30 minutes in counter, service is too slow. How the medicine will reach patient on time.

Had a really pathetic experience. I don't know if i should address him as a doctor but "Rakesh Chand Gupta" is the most horrible doctor i have ever seen in my life. He has kept my son in the NICU for 4 days. Everyday he would come up with different reasons when his other colleagues say my son is doing fine, just with one purpose of making money and charging hefty prices of medical treatment. I guess how he gets to sleep everyday by doing such sins everyday. Parents don't go with this doctor if you are seeking treatment in this hospital. Absolutely terrible experience.

I visited the hospital on 21st Jan for a scheduled cashless confirmed appointment from the Hospital. However the hospital records neither have the information about the patient or appointment. We showed the appointment letter received from the hospital still after struggling for almost 2 hrs they were unable to get any information. After much argument and escalation able to get an appointment with the doctor. Pathetic management and staff behaviour. I will never suggest this hospital to anyone ever. If I could give 0 star would have gave it.

I admitted my younger brother during Covid 19 in an emergency with migraines. Doctors and staff were very supportive, they've well treated, and their was every piece of equipment available as well the weds and room facilities are excellent.

Very poor management of services at front Services desk. Staff is inefficient and take 10 minutes for each OPD slip issuance. Further, when concern raised to their manager, he started justifying the high time taken rather than focusing on improvement. Not better than a local road side clinic !! Only building is good, staff quality is very poor.

Daughter was having High fever due liver infection.I contacted Dr Savita through some known well-wisher.Dr Savita was so helpful that she got all arrangements for immidiate hospitalization and all checks including immidiate medications to be started on Saturday evening which is actually a weekend time. Dr Amit Kumar Sultaniya,a simple gentleman, started the medication making us aware about the illness.Medicines were by default having vomiting tendency.We parents kept fighting statusquo with daughter,but I'm profoundly thankful to this Doctor who acted like a God and stood beside us in our extremely low situation. He was very lenient with the child's wish and discharged us as per daughters wish.And She is perfectly fine now . Throughout our stay in hospital we have never realised that this is a private hospital and eat up our complete potential.When you are ill you need an authentic support and we got all. A big thanks to Dr Savita Madam and Dr Amit Kumar Sultaniya.Later I could find that Doctor sultania is having a huge experience from OPD to ward to everywhere in the hospital.His experience speaks volumes and makes him handle situations with a cool head.

Dr. Gaurav Khera is highly recommended for orthopaedic treatment. We went there for wrist fracture of my mother and are glad to have Dr. Khera attending to the problem. He is the epitome of what a doctor in the modern times should strive to be, sympathetic, soft spoken, patient with the elderly, never wavering once in providing kind personal attention. We are grateful and offer our best wishes to him.
