I
joined
Anytime
Fitness
nearly
a
year
ago.
I
had
been
going
to
the
gym
for
the
past
year,
but
I
wasn't
losing
weight,

I

feeling
quite
demotivated.

Rohit,
who
is
a
personal
trainer.
He
explained
to
me
how
weight
loss
can
be
achieved
and
created
a
diet
plan
for
me.
I
also
started
training
with
him.
It
has
been
around
one
and
a
half
months
since
I
started
working
out
with
him,
and
I
have
lost
approximately
5.5
kilograms
of
weight,
with
noticeable
changes
in
inches.
Everything
is
going
well,
and
I
now
understand
that
proper
workout
techniques
are
essential
to
achieving
weight
loss.
For
the
past
six
months,
I
wasn't
able
to
lose
even
a
single
kilogram
of
weight,
but
in
the
last
one
and
a
half
months
with
Mr.
Rohit's
training,
I
have
successfully
lost
5.5
kilograms
of
weight.
So,
somewhere,
something
was
going
wrong,
and
he
guided
me
through
all
the
points.
Today,
I
am
very
happy
that
I
have
lost
5.5
kilograms
of
weight,
and
I
feel
that
I
am
getting
the
right
training
to
further
reduce
my
weight.
