Well, till date I have ordered more than 7 stuff, out of which i was delivered with 5. they took quite a time delivering stuff. The clothing stuff I ordered was exactly the same they appeared on the site and this boosted me to go for the further shopping with this. The flats aren't as good as they are displayed on the site, not even closer, but yeah they make your feet look great. I still am purchasing from the site and my shopping has been limited with the clothing section. The biggest disappointment is the customer care support, they don't have any otherwise the clothing material are great and cheaper in comparison of many e-commerce sites.

The stock they are providing is awesome. I ordered a product and got consistent emails about the shipment, the tracking id and order details. Got my product delivered within a week. So I would recommend it to my friends for sure.

There is so such store in dariba kalan road or in entire chandni chowk... i wasted my whole day finding this store.. whosoever has put this direction is a jerk and if i find him i might definitely kill him/her. Complete wastage of my time and money too..

One of the worst shopping website I have ever come across so far! I ordered a pair of shoes from this website and paid for it online.I didn't get my product and tried reaching out to these guys.I mailed them constantly and tried their phone number but in vain! Then after 5 months I got mail from these guys saying that they'll send my product again as they have come to know that I haven't got my product!I'm still waiting !

I order the shoes from this side firstly they delivered the product after two month of order and inspite of asking and requesting them to cancel they still sent it. But that's not all wen I opened the shoes it was of pathetic quality and smell of the glue was still fresh and now wen im asking dem of return it, there is no reply from there end. Pros: 1. Sometimes you get things really cheap Cons: 1. Took a month and a half to deliver my order of 1 pair of shoes 2. It's difficult to find similarities between what you get and what was shown on the website 3. The product is usually a very bad attempt to copy from the random pictures they get from korean and other fashion websites 4. The quality of stuff and make is pathetic. You can actually see dried glue on all the edges and things like that. 5. There's obviously no return policy because they couldn't pull off this fraud with it.

I ordered a pair of shoes from their website but i recieved the order after 25 days. The condition of the order was pathetic and there also existed the size issue due to which i raised a request for replacement and exchange. Henceforth, I recieved the exchanged order after 2 months now and that too a wrong pair of shoe. The customer care number they have provided does not exist and you'll not anything from them even if you try to send emails. This is the worst online merchandise I have come across. Now I dont know how do I replace this wrong order !! Also, there is no option of order cancellation on their website as per their so called policy.. Highly dissappointing.
