India Tourism Incredible is very good company we enjoyed a lot in Taj Mahal Tour, World class beautiful busses and very much supportive staff, we highly recommend India Tourism Incredible to all.

Worst experience ever. Now I come to know why people were giving low rating to there service. Very bad attitude towards custmors specially Mr. Gopal's. There AC was not working properly and condensed water droplets were falling over passaengers and staff replied that they can not do anything. They said machinery can go wrong any time ,yes it is true ,machinery can go wrong but if you do timely maintenance nothing will go wrong. Before reaching India gate, they will tell you not to take your pictures outside by another photographers . There staff will take your pictures and even if you need only one or two copies, they will give you 4-5 copies and charge you 40 rupees per piece. No doubt photo quality is good. Hotel where they stopped for lunch was not good. Food quality was poor and was costly.

One of the Worst Service ever in the name of Indiatourismincredible.Firstly they won't give option of choosing seat and after booking with full payment option you will get as Thanks for your enquiry.Later you get confirmation but there is no time sense and even they won't pick you from the location mentioned but ask you to come to their convenient place. They forcefully take you to unwanted place to purchase things by force.They mention push back seats but they rudely ask you not to use it as push back seat. When asked driver and other staff respond rudely and says talk to the owner and even owner's response is rude as customers have already paid and even people come from different places to explore the city and nobody wants to get disturbed with the tour. It is strongly recommended not to book any tours from this operator. Delhi tourism should have a strict warning and action against such services running over in the city of Delhi as it displays Bad image on Delhi city.

Do Not Book them! This has to be the worst tourism service ever. I booked a tour for my family. The bus which was supposed to leave at 6:45 PM, left at 9:30 PM. Owing to technical issues in their bus. The problem was I booked a high end volvo, while the replacement bus that showed up was an old mercedes. Post that, when we asked them about how the lost time would be managed, their response was cutting down on all the food points and not giving people time to shop. The new bus btw got issues before they left RK Ashram and when I asked them to cancel the trip and refund the money instead, the owner had the audacity to go unresponsive. This experience could not get any worse. Just sharing a pic of how their 1048/- traveller looks.

Hi all.. Please read my review till end. Our family has had a very bad experience with this company. We were badly cheated by both driver and conductor. Their behavior is too bad and irresponsible. We were helpless during midnight at Brendavanam during Agra tour. Their sole purpose of the trip is to fetch money from tourists through Pandits at Brundavanam. When we ask them return to Delhi as scheduled they answered "hamara marji, jo karna karlo, thum kutch nahie hookadsaktey ho," we were shocked. We were brought back to Delhi at 4 am instead of 11 pm. . We missed our flight, hence lost money and our stay was completely disturbed. Please do not book your tours through this so called "India Tourim Incredible" Hope the company knew all these reviews still they ignore for the purpose of earning money. If my review helps any one, I will be very happy. This message should reach to company heads.

Don't choose these travels for your trips. They will loose your time and money. The guides stops at unwanted places for purchasing and they force to buy for their commission. Bus staffs stop at highly expensive restaurants for food for their commission. They loose time through visiting unlisted and unwanted places. Please choose travels only after reading reviews.

Average. Everything was commercialized. For breakfast they stopped at a place where everything of priced too high. They stopped at one place for shopping and that too was so costly. They lied about vrindavan visit. We were informed that we will be going at bankey bihari tample of vrindavan but guide took us to some another temple and lied that it is main temple. They were asking forcefully to donate money at temple. Guide and pandit both were pressuring tourist by saying if anyone cares for their parents than they must donate money. And they were indirectly threatening tourists to do not stop the one who become victim of emotional pressure for donation. For lunch also they took us to one place which was so bad. Food was cheap but restaurant was not good. And taste was bad.

Stopping at unwanted placeand not mentioned earlier. Marketing stunt for force purchasing. wasting of useful time of travel. Below is the photo of shop where they taken in the name of industrial visit. Guide misbehaving also, that i dont care talk to owner.

Totally fraud. My 2 tickets for Delhi to Haridwar tour was cancelled. They told me they will send my money within 2-4 days after deducting 10% . After that I called them, they don't pick up the calls , when they did , different people from their team telling me different days within that I will receive my money. Totally fraud. Don't pay them , they are frauds.

Worst experience I had ever seen.There is no such agency.a single person sitting before a lap top started business through his website.when searched in Google we will get incredible india ....Delhi sight seeing...or one day tour etc...all are misleading..they will collect advance amount..once reached 50 persons they book or rent an old bus with air condition( a/c will not work some time)..they will advertise muli axle,scannia,or pushback etc....actually nothing will get otherthan a normal bus.bus operators donot have any commitment to passengers because they are rented one.....

Totally worst management and horrible behaviour. The Guide didn't know anything other than looking for opportunities how to pass on time and stopping at wanted places to trick customers for purchasing products from their commissioned shops. The bus was stopping here and there and for that we could not see the Red Fort because of their horrible worst GUIDE and time management. The Guide was worst. The Ticket for Qutub Minar was 35 online site but they claimed rupees 60 each. Do not book their service. Worst ever.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! The guide has no manners, how to talk to people. All he says is talk to the owner. And the owner disconnected the call when I told him about this behaviour. Booked an AC bus(9444) for me and my mother. 1st they asked us to sit in an uncomfortable traveller. When questioned, they said whatever it's the same. Then the guide made me and my mother travel between locations STANDING. We left the tour after just one stop. No refund has been processed, which is not the grievance. The mis-behaviour was. Worst service ever. Wish we can give stars in negative.

Services are very bad and poor. The guide & conductor of the bus are only towards earning commission on everything. Starting from tickets to places they stopped for eating. He stopped here saying this shop gives best mithai all over Agra. But i could not find any single instance looking at their shop and quality of sweets that they are best.

One of the worst experience. Pick up was late and at the last minute they changed the bus. The bus broke down while returning. People collect extra money in the name of no que tickets and tips. The bus was 5 hrs late for drop off. The charge differently for different people. They hurry you for everything except for the shopping because they get commission. Basically, they didn't keep up with the time and buses are not at all comfortable.

Paid 900 for ac Volvo bus but they gave us the very normal bus ( not Volvo) with people who have paid 700 and ac has no cooling at all... just due to their commission the driver and guide stops at a shopping place with only 3 shops for whole 2.5 hours.... JUS BECAUSE A FAMILY GAVE HIM COMMISSION.... He didn't even take us for lunch .. all men had to do namaz on road as it got very delayed...... and we all other passengers had to starve with hunger for food.... the driver took the bus only after we all fought at 2.30 for lunch and orders us to eat fast. He cheated on tickets... Took 4 times more than the cost... They are only on earring money...... For Agra fort sight seeing he is ordering in very arrogance way for an 1 hour and Taj Mahal 1.30 hours itenary is 2 hours and also states in a rude manner don't come late ,were from morning he is been delaying from the pick up point... And so entire itenary is been delayed.. Finally after Taj Mahal sight seeing is over.. while heading back at 11 in night... He takes to sight seeing for temple where People have gone to temple and me a lady with a girl child and few of us din opt to go , for us driver refused to on the vehicle .... due to suffocation inside the bus with no ventilation we had to stand on road at night..... they were only earning money via pandits in vrindavaram.. in the name of God they were very rude.. and the driver fights with local people in the name of religion... As per the itenary we need to be in Delhi at 12( via call at 10.30) max.. but at 11 we still have 3 hours to reach....Dinner time or rest room is not been given at all.... Finally stopped at 11.45pm for dinner. finally after all the trouble we reach by 2.45 at night Instead approximately 12( on call it was told 10.30)... And i had to run for the flight!!!! Very unethical and zero professionalism... I need my money refund coz I have been horrified and makes me feel never to try Delhi/ Agra tourism because of these people who only are looking at earring money... Not safety of any one especially women and kids......

Bad bad service tourist guide is language is very bad response and angry man

To summarize : 1. Delay in arrival of the Bus. 2. Issues in seat allotment. 3. Not at all comfortable journey in the bus even though it was a multi-axial bus. 4. Not enough time to enjoy the monuments. They gave us 1 hour for the entire Agra fort and almost 2-3hrs time at some random store for buying things just because they have some tie-up. 5. Told not to spend too much time at the Taj Mahal on the reason that it's a Graveyard! 6. It's almost 11:40 now and we are stuck at some random side street temple with a person preaching nonsense and demanding money from people as a donation. 7. We should have reached Delhi by 11:30, but now it would be around 3/3:30. PS: Don't even dare to take your elders through this agency. I genuinely recommend making it a two-day stay for the Agra-Mathura trip or otherwise plan for yourself without agencies to travel to the places

i booked a one day delhi to agra tour worth 650/- for two people, but had worst experience,they turn off AC in every 20 mins and talk very rudely ,the driver behaves im a bad way and says that we should have booked 1000rs bus to avail good service Not at all recommeded to anyone, dont waste ur money here.

Please don't fall with the name, government of India mentioned said "Incredible India " but not "India Tourism Incredible". "Incredible India" is different website. This one duplicate and they're always trying to get money in a way of commission. Services are very bad and poor. The eateries which they stop looks like a dungeon, with your family or single nobody can eat there because you see insects and very dirty tables. By seeing the hotel, you can't eat. Sightseeing they're giving less time but shopping where they're taking you doesn't have any timings even you can spend more than 1 or 2 hours, so they'll get more commission. But Sightseeing you'll get less time and you need to run else time given by them crossed. So, please try something else after checking reviews of the service. I tried their "One day Tajmahal Tour" and it's too worst. Main thing is "Virunthavan" where they took me some house which they're calling "Krishna birth place " but your mind won't accept it by seeing that, that too they're taking us at 11.30pm. Then started about price of each services which the house is doing:) from 500 to more than 5k packages, simply cheating by using the god name

This is the worst, totally un-professional and only money making service in delhi. First they give me the car which is very old nd having dirty seats. The driver name Rishi car no. 6713 swift is the worst man. First they charge me Rs.1500/- and then additional 100/- for parking, however driver is not park any where. They not shown me what they said and when I suggest something they denied. In place of Andhra bhavan and delhi haat market he took me to Qutub hotel and One Handicraft shop respectively which is realy bad. As I noticed they get the commission from these shops. He knows everything but behave like he knows nothing. Very Very Bad service. Don't book and waste your money this type of Bakwas service. I suggest go by metro.

Fraud company

Just returned from New Delhi, India on January 6, 2020. Do not trust any Indian people while there. Absolutely no one is ever honest in India. Corruption is rife. Security personnel are all linked to organized crime.This applies to the military personnel at Airports, particularly the military leaders on duty at Delhi airport. Very corrupt place. Be extra careful while in India. If something goes wrong, the authorities are the first ones to take advantage of your unfortunate situation. Arrogant society who look for bribes at every step.

Everything is bad in these trip. Customers face many problems in this tour. Our advise is plz don't go in these trip. Thanks

Journey was good due their good services and driver and helper were also very supportive and helpful and time management was very impressive as pickup and droping time was accurate.

The worst tour i ever experienced. I couldn't believe that they stopped in a shed and wasted our time( these types of tours should be pre prepared) The bus was in the its worst condition. The Ac just blowed hot air (not cold). Aven that they turns off in intervals and people need to ask them 2,3 times to turn it on. Eventhough they have mentioned lot of places in the itinary half of them are just passing by. They say some reasons and pass by. But some other travels like HoHo are carrying people in those places too. For lunch they took us to a hotel in nowhere. The least dish is a veg thaali and it costed 120 rs. But that was tasty. I dont know how they created this itinary because lot of good places are missed in the journy As well as i feel that google reviews for this tour is fixed. Means india tourism incredible has asked the people they know to put good reviews even they did not take this tour. Otherwise there cant be this much of good ratings

India tourism incredible company is a bad company and waste of money in this company.In the bus the conductor was so rude and many times they did not provide a.c service.At the first stop of breakfast which was not so good and too much costly.Second one was they didn’t take the places that they were promised.At lunch food was not good and the same very costly.Third one they didn’t help to resolve us problem in TAj Mahal. And the last not the least the dinner is also very spicy and driver stopped at the untidy dhaba where all the items was not provided and everything was too costly.

Waste of money.... All the places were showen through window.... Most of the time wasted at food for their commission and at Rajasthan handicrafts again for their commission..... That time wasted could be used very efficiently by showing places.... They are dropping at redfort and bus leaves without showing any thing.... Can't believe Dhurga was shown through running bus.... I would give -1 if Google would allow me to rate. We booked for the Delhi-Agra-Mathura-Vrindavan one day tour package. This is a pure scam. Even though the rates are cheaper when compared to other bus tour agencies in Delhi, it is really not worth the time and money that you spend. They promise a Volvo Coach during booking, but, it is just a normal AC bus where the AC does not function as required. Cleanliness is 0(Zero). Bus has a lot of vibrations and the journey is not pleasant. They ask you to come early at the pick up point but they make sure that they reach the pickup point an hour late. My pick up time was 6:45AM but the tour bus reached by 8AM. As per the itinerary, DROP was promised by 11PM, but in reality, they DROP by 2:30-3AM. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE ITINERARY. The tourist guide is really bad. They are more interested in taking you to local stores rather than concentrating on tourist places as per the itinerary. Tour operators take you to the local stores so that they get commissions based on the number of purchases. The hotel they take you for breakfast, lunch and dinner is pathetic. Based on my recent experience, I WOULD SAY, IT IS A SCAM and NOT A TOUR BUS OPERATOR.

Wasting of time and money. Buses are very old and comfortless. Guides will basically misguide you. They are more concerned about their personal benefit rather than your sightseeing. Don't choose if u have other options.

There is no option to give less than 1 star.otherwise I would have given that one.Never ever book any trip...worst experience..they had charged 1050 for multi axle bus( for Agra trip)...but they gave a Volvo bus.cheated by 300 rs. They promise to provide Volvo bus .. but after booking ticket next day I will get bus which is not Volvo ,also ac not working, also promise to dring us back in 12 o clock back to delhi but they bought us 3 o clock morning.The bus condition is so bad that one can go in public bus rather booking, the hotel they stop for breakfast ,lunch,dinner are also not good at all as I got food poisoning.. Never ever book ticket from them.. one more thing they fight with customer when we complain that ac is not working and the person who guide u throughout the trip ask money when the trip is over... Definitive for Delhi Darshan. - Huge delays and main spots at the end are not given time. - Photos charged at Rs 60 or 70 per click & print.
