Great place for quick shopping. So many brands of clothes almost all are line by line. You can choose the best one in a couple of minutes. Same as for shoe or footwear. Really well maintained place for quick shopping. Discount also available on the order more than five thousands at the time i visited.

I am a gold member of shoppers stop. Bit this is Worst experience. I asked sales person for pair or sandle. He is showing price to me. It was like I couldn’t buy item. And didn’t bring another pair and attend another customer I hv searched for manager he is not there for complaints. After waiting half an hour Floor manager came after so long time. I am very upset with Floor Manager who didn’t even say any word. Just listen and went for chill

This Shopper’s Stop Outlet is inside the MGF Metropolitan Mall. It is located on the ground floor. It is a good place to shop and usually has decent collection of clothing, accessories and shoes.

They first told that I can take the shoe and if it didn't work out with my outfit then I can return. When I returned unopened and unworn they handed me a slip with perishable print and refused to give cash or back in source or not even in their own app as credit where they asked me to check for the bill. When asked to speak to the store manager, Mr. Ashwini Rajoda- said I can't talk to him not over the phone without even checking with him saying that he is on personal leave and I can't speak to him. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour and under-informed staff are running the cash and purchase. Worst experience out of all MBOs. Mr. Ashwini also said I can't take the photo of the credit bill to use for any purchase that means I have to purchase before their Ink fades away. Made me feel as if I am a criminal and interrogated me as such.

NEVER TRUAT THIS PLACE! Senior staff is pathetic, and have zero knowledge. The lower staff is great and humble. Deals are way expensive than other stores and online. After sale service is horrible! Zero or negative rating.

Take membership, you will find discount on each item you purchase except some clothes.ground floor is for miscellaneous items like beauty products, deos, gift wraps etc ; 1st floor is for women wear and the top for men.

Great choice n range... Almost caters to all apparel footwear watches luggage accesories n perfumery needs... Always a great shopping experience.. The only issue is the billing process which is time taking n plagued with network n connectivity issues... Still worth it a visit...

Everything is there that you want with different brands' varieties. Western dresses, traditional wear, casual wear, nighties etc. etc. Women's section is on 1st floor, ground floor is for makeup products and men's section is on top floor but not sure as I went to Women section ofcourse. Staff is helpful, but discounts were mussing on this place. Collection was awesome !! You should try it for sure :)

The outlet remains the same however, the settings have changed. Confused? The level 0 still caters to perfumes, wrist watches, sunglasses, deos, etc. however, the collection and brands have increased since the pandemic. Level 1 caters to women and children however, it has been redesigned and places have been switched of the products. Level 2 caters to men's clothing, shoes and other accessories. The collection looks fresh and well segmented. This is a delight after I visited the outlet the first time since the pandemic. It was really a pleasant surprise.

Shopper's Stop almost never disappoints a shopper, because it offers a wide range of brands and products all under the same roof. This store is spacious, has polite and helpful staff and a great choice of bags, outfits, watches, kids wear and men's wear to choose from. Also, this is, by far, the best store in this entire mall. The customer service desk at this store has always been helpful and forthcoming, be it in terms of facilitating the exchange of products, alteration of garments or extension of expired gift cards. The only time I did not have a good experience was with one member of the staff in the footwear section. He was lazy, impolite and hurrying me up when I was looking to buy some footwear from Inc.5. Apart from that one instance, I have always had a positive experience with this outlet of Shopper's Stop.

I love going here when they offers deals - usually around Diwali, new year time. There is Great variety available for all things - perfume, personal care products, clothes, footwear, sunglasses, watches, etc.

Everything under one roof. You could get most of your fashion, cosmetic, baggage n footwear needs fulfilled here. Good ambience and spacious layout with excellent location offering great connectivity via car n metro. They have good customer service desk and great brand value. Fun time in the mall. Nice to see that people have started visiting malls and also following COVID-19 guidelines . Stores started to close by 8.00 pm this was a little disappointing but we should cooperate. Hope the timings will extend as some more relaxation’s are given by the government in coming times

Inspite of declining the membership again and again ( coz I don’t usually shop from SS) the cash counter (at ground floor) insisted on getting one. When asked if I have to pay any membership charge, they said “no charge” and when I saw the bill they had deducted membership fee of rs. 350 …. The point is convince me to have a membership not trick me.

Worst experience ever. Perfume section staff pretends to be so clever, at the time of choosing the product they will say discount on this on that and when you finally make your mind and then you goes to billing counter and boom they will bring non discounted piece

While they were the first multi brand outlet that opened in Ansal Plaza in Delhi, this particular store keeps up with the legacy with neat and clean displays and warm and helpful staff that makes sure your shopping experience is worthwhile.

I was trying on a shoe and it wasn't comfortable for me, so the salesman instead of helping me choose something he walked away and didn't gave me one complete minute to understand my need. I looked around to look if salespeople are busy with other customers or what, I was shocked to see they were all busy gossiping with their team in small groups.

In this store, latest collection, staff behaviour towards customer is nice. Restroom and drinking water facility available inside the store. If there is any bonanza or scheme then counter people not told us. Customer has to take care of this itself and contact to customer service which is bad thing and management need to concern.
