Dear Tanishq Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received at your Lajpat Nagar branch, specifically regarding my Gold Harvest scheme closure and delayed refund. A few months ago, I made an investment in your Gold Harvest scheme with the promise of a straightforward and hassle-free closing process. Unfortunately, my experience at the Lajpat Nagar branch was the complete opposite. Despite explicit assurances from the employees that a single visit and form filling would suffice, I was made to return to the store twice more due to delays and incomplete information. The promised swift closing turned into a weeks-long saga of confusion and unnecessary visits. The lack of transparency, efficiency, and consideration for my situation at the Lajpat Nagar branch has been incredibly distressing. As a loyal Tanishq customer, I expected far better service, especially when dealing with a financial matter like closing an investment scheme.

I came here for surprises for my family, but honestly I was the one who was surprised. The staff is extremely helpful and amicable. Shruti, my point of contact gave me detailed idea into the different designs and stones out there. She gave an extremely detailed explanation throughout the process. Shruti also helped me in ordering the products in such a great time that I could get most of all discounts. Be it diamonds or gold or platinum, they are really helpful in getting the best quality in design and the most appropriate price for you. I feel Tanishq is a brand that I can trust, if you want stones they definitely should be your go to place to get trust worthy, reliable and genuine products at the most reasonable price.

Pathetic services... There is a huge difference between the behavior before buying and the behavior after buying. Bought one item of jewellery that changed its color from gold to brass after a month only.. All that glitters is not gold. Be careful while going. Moreover making charges are super high. They also try to trap you by offering some kitty schemes.. A lie.. Save your hard earned money and dont buy from them.... Honestly speaking.. Rest is democracy..
