Worst exchange service the gold which we bought 4 days ago, agent was not ready to show variety within our range..In that entire store he had one option only with the similar price eventually we had to invest more price and exchanged... They were pushing for higher prices only, he was not putting effort to check even such a bad strategy to repel customer and the exchange process took 45mins to complete.. No value for time

Many issues with our experience yesterday: 1. Incorrect information - store shuts door at 7PM while they mention 8PM. You can enter post 7. 2. Guards behaviour - guards behave badly and totally unprofessionally around 7PM. 3. Staff attitude - we managed to get entry at 7 when one staff member spoke to manager. However staff seemed disinterested completely as they were looking forward to close their day already. The designs etc are good however slightly higher making charges (~ 21%) compared to the other options.
