BEWARE OF FRAUDS - Our experience from in this shop is very pathetic. 1. The employee who show the products is very arrogant, pathetic attitude and rude behavior. 2. Their advertisement on 0% MAKING CHARGES is another FRAUD. Don't waste your time visiting there. We were told there is no 0% making charges. Read the microscopic conditions just below the advertisement. 3. We didn't find any good collections. 4. No lift facilities and no good environment. 5. Attitudinal employee. Totally pathetic experience. Not at all worth visiting

Don't ever think of purchasing Solitaire from KALYAN JEWELLERS. In 2016 I bought one 0.287 carat solitaire diamond ring from Tanishq while another 0.53 carat solitaire diamond ring from KALYAN JEWELLERS. Yesterday while visiting TANISHQ I checked the rate of my 0.287 carat solitaire diamond ring I received quote of more than double it's actual price of 2016 whereas today when I visited KALYAN jewellers to check the current price of my 0.53 carat Solitaire Ring, I was shocked to know that KALYAN JEWELLERS doesn't give the current price of Solitaire Diamond and instead they told me that they would deduct 10% of the solitaire diamond cost as prescribed in my 2016 Bill as per their policy. Meaning thereby that if I had bought the 0.53 carat solitaire diamond ring from TANISHQ in 2016, it would have given me almost three times it's cost today whereas Now my 0.53 carat Solitaire Diamond ring purchased from KALYAN in 2016 is going to give me 10% depreciation value due to my bad decision to purchase it from KALYAN in 2016. I have decided to get whatever the depreciated value I get of my 0.53 carat diamond ring from them and purchase a new Solitaire from TANISHQ by adding money to get high returns in future. P. S : Gold jewelry is hallmark and worth buying.

I visited this place a few times in the past and had a visit recently too and their ambience remained the same. Staff were clear in their profession and well mannered. Shop was very easy to identify and there were no such items in Happy to get associated with KJ, thank you.

Went to Kalyan today for the first time and liked the collections in store. However the salesman was not present during our billing which means we had to wait longer for billing and other customers who paid after us were given their delivery before us. Unprofessional replies and rude customer service by Ved and Sandeep. Will not be returning

Name name is well known. All taxi/three wheeler driver know your showroom location in the area. Apart from this staff is very curtious & helpful. You are one whose making charges are very affordable & reasonable. So we have first preference to purchase from your showroom.

Huge Collection of Jewellery, Staff was courteous once upon a time but now they hardly care. It seems that old staff has been moved over to some other location and the current staff is having a hard time getting along with each other. You would find Water dripping from the Cassette Aircon but don't worry the seating area is away from it. Bargain for discount as much as you can and always ask for current offers. Say NO the insurance, you don't need it.

Nice and big with lots of designs and a variety of jewellery. The staff are polite and mostly from South India but speak Hindi /English. Staff do not force us to buy some schemes which are usually done in Tanishq. They have ground floor parking for their customers and no one needs to search for parking on the busy service road. We got better making charges for our custom-made jewellery. And hassle-free exchange of gold coin. They also run a few offers and discounts, which is ice on the cake. All and all simple jewellery shop
