Pathetic bus service . Staff is rude and harsh towards passengers. They load many more passengers then the no . Of seats available. Illiterate staff and thinks that they are the boss or something. Please do not travel by this agency. Dirty bus conditions. Dirty toilets.

One of the worst bus ride. They scam people. Transportation authority should need a action on that.

Very bad experience... Driver was very rude... No curton in bus... Booked a/c bus ... They provided non a/c bus .. with no air blower... And they dropped 6km before the bus stand... Never ever book in this travels... No manners at all... And rash driving too...

I wish there was a minus rating! Was given ticket of 9pm bus left at 12am! The driver doesn’t know the routes, its better to go for any other bus but not this for sure, i Missed my flight! Won’t recommend to anyone! + fluctuating rates as per your skills of bargain!

Pathetic Bus service i have ever experienced. Jamna gave us tickets for 7 pm bus but delayed the departure till 10 pm. After 10 km of running the bus broke its AC stopped working. And when we enquired about it the bus conductor a drunk man abused and assaulted us. The jamna head office also did not listen to us and we were stranded for 2 hours on highway. Mannerless people only money concerns them. I have added a photo of stranded bus in the middle of highway. I will never travel using jamna bus service and i suggest you also.

Manali to Delhi it was well experience. But from Delhi to Jammu also Good experience. In some buses bathroom facility available and some having not the same. It stop after 4 hour at Dhaba for eating /bathroom purpose. Apna khana sath le jai aur gadi me khai and water bottle sometime they provide and sometime not. Staff is cooperative in some buses and in some not cooperative bcz its depend upon nature of person. Overall Good and atleast journey complete ho jati ha...🤣

This is the my worth experience from jamna travels b cos there charging plug is not working for 24hrs traveller i am traveling from muzaffarpur to Delhi but over there charging plug is not working then I told the staff to charge my phone and he denied for this staff behobier was rud

Very poor # no management of time # they lied to us, we booked till katra but they dropped us in Jammu that was unexpected and they knew covid test is mandatory, why they didn't get in the beginning they just wasting time to get covid in jammu, wasted our 2-3 hr. Reaching time was 9 but they dropped us at 1.00 pm, so anyone can see the difference, Nand then book with them. And changing different according to ur pocket as someone paying 1200 someone paying 1000, other 800 or 900 also that very bad 👎

I'm giving one star because of staff behaviour. They treat you well while you book the ticket but once you sit in their bus and you tell them something they start yelling at you by saying sit at your place or we will throw you and your stuff out of vehicle.

I had a terrible experience with Jamuna Travels' bus from Delhi to Jammu. The washroom was locked, and despite having one, it wasn't accessible. The staff was extremely rude, and the bus felt overly congested. Overall, it was the worst travel experience I've had. I strongly advise against choosing this bus service – never go with Jamuna Travels based on my dreadful experience.

Very rude behaviour and not trustworthy avoid travel

Don't give money before seeing the seats. Because once they take money they put you on buses that are pathetic and useless.

Jamna Travel from Delhi to Jammu is very comfortable and spacious. Also, it reaches timely to Jammu. Seats are clean. Compared to other sleeping buses, I observed Jamna Travel buses have more space incase of double sleepers.

Please shut down your service. You staffs are playing with travelers. Last Incident with me, Taken full money for a sleeper seat but while boarding they asked me to sit in a double sleeper seat (where already 4 peoples are sitting.). When i try to argue they abused me and said get off from the bus

Good service by jamna travels , Owner bhupender singh ji very kind towards passenger. Bus was also good with plenty of facilities but staff was too much rude in behaviour in the bus . No sense of talking by staff

Timing is not sure. Others are taking 16 to 17 hrs to reach muzaffarpur but it will take 22 hrs to reach muzaffarpur.
