I don't know why there is only 5 star rating to this hotel, sorry hospital. They have recently converted a hotel into hospital with brand Doctors, who are in job of marketing not treatment. There is no any facilities of hospital, I went to this hospital by reference of a doctor whom we were seeing since few months at max. I were asked for admit, after that game started. Looking at charges n reviews I fell in trap. They don't have room as like hospital, pantry is worst busing staff is not enough. After three days of medications there is need of Ultra sound scanning, and guess what they said " discharge kardetey hai aap bahar se Karke dikhadena. Hamre pass ultra sound machine nahi hai" Now we are shifting to Apollo.

Good maternity hospital. Facilities and services also good. We are thankful to Dr. Mayur Dass for all support and care for our baby. Also thanks to Mr. Bharat and Ms. Mamta for all support for all admission and discharge related process. Ward nursing staff was also very supportive. Need to improve few services at cloudnine. One suggestion, have one experienced nurse with trainee at ward nursing staff. Few members of nursing staff are not good at hospital. Admit process is very smooth but discharge process should be improved, very much time taking.

Best hospital for Maternity in Delhi Ncr. Staff is very cooperative. We had great experience with Gynecologist Dr Rupam Arora. She is highly qualified and experienced gynae. Her team is very helpful and qualified. 4 star rating because of 2 reasons :- 1st- That hospital is near to drainage so you will feel smell in hospital outter atmosphere 2nd- Alot of Mosquitoes can be seen in hospital which is not good as per health issues

The admission process doesn't take much of a time and meanwhile the expecting mother is being monitored in the triage. The hospital staff is very polite and co-operative. The most wonderful thing we observed during our stay at the Cloud nine Hospital, Patpargunj was the co-operation and support rendered by the nursing staff. Here I would like to mention few names - Shweta, Asha, and Emlin who put every possible effort to ensure our hassle-free stay and happiness. Everytime we called them, they happily served us. All the supporting staffs were equally professional. Doctors comprising Gynaecologist, Paediatric, and Dietician pay regular visits and provide useful guidances. Our Gynaecologist - Dr. Mayur Dass who has been with us throughout the journey, has been a major support as she not only guided us in the best possible way but also answered all our queries in a very calm and composed manner. She never made us feel that we were going to become parents for the first time! She is also the one who performed the surgery. Very Good services. Staff is courteous and understanding. Overall good experience. Admitted under doctor Sushma Dikhit, she is the most experienced doctor and most amazing person we have seen in this fraternity so far. Shoutout for Nurse Vaishali, Shweta Verma, Nidhi ,Smriti and Emleen. They were amazing in their help during the stay.

I understand what to write about Dr. Mayur madam, but still I am writing some things. 1. You forget that you are taking a doctor's opinion. She will make you look like a senior member of your household. 2. She recommends choosing the thrust would be the best way for you. 3.So simple you can't even imagine. I am from Lucknow. My wife was suffering from Uterine Fibroids. Some doctor asked to remove the uterus, some advised open surgery. A relative of mine told about the doctor madam and we got our guide. He did not ask for surgery immediately, gave some medicine for 3 months and said that first let's see the result, then we will think about surgery. Whereas in other places immediate surgery was advised. In time I met the godlike doctor madam and today everything is fine. A nice child birth and specialty hospital, with nice amenities, staff and services. My sister in law had a child delivery package here, wherein the delivery and postpartum services were good. The rooms were also nice, with proper facilities, etc. One good part is that they aren't as strict about the visitor timings, which proved to be convenient for visitors.

Doctor and Fetal Scan - My main doctor and gynecologist was Dr. Anjali Taneja. I had a very smooth and best pregnancy journey throughout. She was quick to guide us and tell us about each and everything in detail. She even suggested us the best doctors. My Fetal scan doctor was Dr. Tina Verma, with her the process and scan went stress free and quite smooth. I felt very satisfied and relieved by the way she guided us and got engaged with us everytime. Nursing Care Unit - Manisha Rajput, Uma, Neelima, Anjali, Neha, Emlen, and Asha - We had the best experience of the care we had received at this hospital by these nursing care staff. They had been very responsive and helped us with proper care that was needed for the baby and myself. House keeping staff - Mala, Saraswati, Supriya - The staff have been really sweet and helpful and did help me recover in a best possible way.

We had a great experience with Cloudnine hospital. All the services provided are amazing. All the team members of Labor room, Triage, housekeeping gave a great support. Our experience with Dr. Mayur Dass is one of a kind. She was very supportive in our overall journey of pregnancy. She always gives time and explain us everything in case of any doubt we are having. For us, we had 40w 3d pregnancy and there were no pains. Not only doctor supported us to wait for few days but also she motivated us that nothing bad will happen. The day I got admitted, artificial labor was induced and there were only 50% chance of a normal delivery. As the time progressed, chances were decreasing and we prepared ourselves for operation. But Dr. Mayur still tried to give another shot and see how it progresses. At the end, everything gone well and we had a normal delivery. All kudos to doctor and her team! We made best decision to chose Dr. Mayur Dass and Cloudnine hospitals for our pregnancy journey. We will recommend our choices to everyone.

Which leads to painfull and very below average experience . Had an amazing experience. It didn’t even felt like hospital. The staff is very amazing and teaches you how to take care of baby, specially for new age parents. My wife and baby are fine and also feeling happy.

It's a decent hospital, however If they improve on the below points, it will be excellent. AC can't be adjusted at a certain degree as the controller is not working. Water is constantly leaking from the faucet. The recliner provided is torn and de-shaped. Had to initiate a claim and I had to follow up for process and the documents. The food is spicy for the patient without any taste and the response from the kitchen is very slow. It takes time for every order. Has to run multiple times for the birth certificate. Above all, the staffs, doctors and nurses are disciplined and helpfull. I was highly impressed by the service provided by Ashmita from the cryonine department. Had a word with their CX team member and she has assured that the issues stated above will be taken care off and the other people after me will have much better experience.

l will highly recommend this hospital as all the staff & all the services are upto the mark as explained. Special Thanks to Dr Madhu Ahuja mam for making my wife so comfortable throughout and making us proud parents.

cloud nine has provided good services and we are happy that we chose cloud nine for delivery of our baby. Help was available 24/7. Food was also delicious. The best part was that our dr. Rushda Riaz was excellent for doing the c section. Stiches were very clean. i would recommend cloud nine to all. Perfect!

Cloud9 Patparganj truly justifies the word hospitality. We had our 1st child born at this hospital and they made that special moment even more beautiful by providing delightful services. The supporting staff is very courteous and the nurses here are just so helpful we didn't wentthrough any trouble at all in handling our first baby. The insurance department is also very helpful and helped to claim through the medical insurance seamlessly. Overall completely satisfied with the services and would definitely choose this hospital again whenever time comes.

Very unprofessional staff , just looting people in the name of brand . My wife went for her routine tests , the person taking the blood test didn’t even know how to do it , the guy pricked 4-5 times for every injection. Is this the kind of staff you hire , who don’t even the know their job properly. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL , THERE ARE MANY BETTER PLACES PROVIDING UTMOST CARE TO THE EXPECTING MOTHERS .
