Our experience at Tanishq Karol Bagh was fabulous. The staff is very courteous & helpful. We have shopped twice & they have good design & sizes available when I compare with other Delhi NCR Tanishq stores. We were attended by Ms Usha who is knowledgeable, polite & very helpful in making our purchase. I gifted a solitaire ring to my father as birthday present. The staff wished my father with a birthday card. Loved their hospitality.

The designs are good and versatile. But the rate of hold is a bit higher as compared to other gold shops which are among the best 10 in India and having outlets in Delhi ,especially in Karol Bagh. The sales personnel are good and helpful, especially Ms.Asha and Ms Kaur. The jewelry boxes are ok. One thing that I have noticed is that the sales personnel wear the ring on their fingers and carry it to the counter and then place it in the box. lt will be appreciated if the jewelry items are placed in a bowl or a box or a container and carried to the billing section and packaging section. Thanks.

Box of jewelery was not good.. too old to gift in this box.. I don't like the customer service.. I went there atleast 3 time.. every time they don't give you want you want.. they don't even understand it..

They even deal in silver jewellery although in a limited sense, this was something interesting coz most of the jewellery stores prefer dealing in gold and diamond jewellery only.
