After a tiring day, we checked in into the hotel late. The lobby was decent with a good smell. The room's air con was already turned on. The room was new, clean, cozy and presentable. We had breakfast in the morning and it was so yummy. Kudos to the team!

High class venue, disappointed due to covid that live music is not happening at the moment. Amazing view of the city from the buffet restaurant a pleasure to spend time here, the staff were very polite and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place and so looking forward to visiting again when current restrictions are lifted.

I would give no star if I could. LOUSSSYYYYYYY hotel. Just because it is located conveniently, it DIDN'T make the stay pleasant AT ALL! The towel were yellowish. And ONLY bath towel were provided. Rooms and other amenities inside had already run down, no proper maintenance. The bed produce sounds due to old bed. Noise!! Gosh, there's always knocking sound in the middle of the night!!! Breakfast area! Goodness me! Dirtyyyy!! Cereal containers were always oily. The area around the food was also not properly cleaned. Very poor hygiene for this kind of hotel standard. Food was not nice at all! Very very poor taste and presentation. Filthy! Stayed there for almost one week but they couldn't even help with late checkout! What for giving them business in this case? Anyway, go ahead wasting your money if you want. Not recommended at all!

This is such an elegant hotel, from the moment you walk inn, you have that 5 star feel. Upon arrival I was checking inn I requested a NON smoking room and they were sold out in the room I booked so I was upgraded, the rooms are massive and very very clean and well maintained, I travel about 8 months a year so I’m very picky when it comes to hotels, this is top notch, there are also some very exclusive patrons at the hotel, I actually met the president of Indonesias body guard here, I truly can’t say enough good things about this hotel absolutely loved everything about this place.

Hmm.. kalo location hotel ini emang ok bangeds, ke mall ga perlu jauh2 terdapat entrance door untuk ke mall yang lumayan ok. Kalo kamar ini nih yang pe er bandegs.. some room view nya gak ok bangeds yakni ngeliat ke apartment sebelah dan bikin kamar jadi gelap… Dan my suggestion untuk front lines staff .. please improve your skill,, hoteliers is about taste,, its about services… your guest come to buy it,, if you can’t delivered …probably they will find others Management nya siy top bangeds. I met Pak Tupa the GM.. he’s very warm.. and also the marketing staff Ibu Ana, she’s very responsible person.. She’s taking care the guest, nicely. She always give us a solution for many problem we met during our stay for about one week Many thanks for your kindest.. Pak Tupa & Bu Ana, share your skils to all the staffs, will be great… 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hotel and mall in one building, all u need for a staycation and shopping. Nice city view, nice room set, food is excelent, recommended.

Check in process was horrible, given only 1 access card, when requested one more for my wife it was chargable. Facilities are minimal: swimming pool and sauna are closed. Wifi is unstable. Room looks outdated, no bathtub only shower looks dirty full of watermark & stains. 5 star? No way, it barely achieves 2 star.

I didn't stay at the hotel but paid the ridiculously high price to use the pool and spa. There's exactly 3 seats at the pool. No tables to but your drinks. The jacuzzi, steam room and spa are closed. Extremely disappointed

Good service. Room condition exceed my expectation. Strategic location to stroll around the place. Attached to a mall. Friendly staff. Only thing during checkout, some lifts under maintenance, i used staff lift. Its ok. It happens.

Appreciate the thought of placing us in the corner room so that it will be quieter for my babies. The view is spectacular be it day or night, overlooking city of Medan and can even catch mountain ranges. But there's a price to pay which is the afternoon sun. Not sure if it is the building itself that's not good in reflecting the heat or the air conditioner is faulty, the temperature in the room decreases to 21 degree at late midnight wee hours while it increases to as high as 28.5 degree in the afternoon, even if you set it as 25 degreee at night and as low as 10 in the afternoon. Mattress need a change but we absolutely love the pillow, especially the longer version! Love the rainfall shower with very consistent water heater too! But basin stopper need a change. Toilet roll placement probably would be better place infront than at the back if glass wall is out of the picture. Staff are courteous and friendly. Location beside the mall which has brastagi (supermarket), a&w and fountain are what made me chose this hotel. Buffet breakfast is decent with more local variations than continental/international. Must try the Lontong! Would I stay here again? If the price is good as the hotel prices near medan center is very competitive. I had the choice of staying in the newer 5 star hotel thats around the same price but chose this for the mall instead. So to each his own.

What's great: luxurious, clearly 5 star, location, all staffs are friendly. What can be better: wifi.

Room is spacious. Hotel next to a mall. Convenient forr shopping.

- Room is wide, - many option for breakfast - location very strategic, beside hotel is mall cambridge with various restaurant and starbucks coffee, j.co (mall entrance in lobby), +- 500 meter walk to garuda restaurant, bika ambon zulaikha, burger king, indomaret, madras village (culinary).

Luxury hotel not worth the price, first room smelt of cigarettes despite it being non smoking, staff were unhelpful and disbelieving. 2nd room was average, single pain windows so hot and noisy

This Hotel, nothing close to 3 Stars,certain don’t meet their current claimed 5 Stars. The Management dot understand the smoking implication to Health of guess; allowing smoking in the rooms. The maintenance of swimming is extremly bad “jorok”. The other jaccuzi, steam room and sauna all no long available… If not because my past experience staying during the Swiss Bel Management and because the of location, I won’t stay here…

Convenient with adjoining shopping mall in the same building.recommend for business trips.buffet also having some varieties with traditional and western both.

I stay 3nights in medan, the location is strategic and connecting to cambridge mall. So easy to find food and drinks. My Deluxe room in 21st floor is clean & neat. I love the bathroom with shower & luxury bathtub. Breakfast 3 days has variety menu. Everything is nice.

Overall Recommended. But due to Full Vacant, little crowded in waiting for Lift..

This mall well organized, not too big, as mall however, is served you well.

Nice swimming pool with jacuzi, but the room is small not so large with an old furniture.but one thing i loved is the bath tub in every room, so nice with warm water.near from the heart of the medan city.

Never regret to stay here, clean and spacious room, nice view, delicious breakfast and the most important thing is super friendly staff especially Ms. Fira in front desk. just come and you'll be treaten like a King & Queen. Definitely will comeback here if i come to Medan.

Room service was…. Not any word to say… room was dirty, old, unmaintained… I can only say that air condition was working… how you can change the roll paper and left it half? Even don’t mount in roller??

Good location, but service not up to that standard, room wasn't clean, no one is there to pick your call, Buffet breakfast was good tho.

The hotel building is old.. bed was squeaky. Smoking area in the breakfast place is not outdoor or in a separate room.. so you can smell the smoke while you eat your breakfast, and the menu for breakfast doesn't change, imagine how bored we got! service was mediocre, especially at the breakfast place. This place is not service oriented. The only nice thing to say was the cleaner for the bedroom did a good job consistently.

They mix receptionist, cashier and cs at same spot, it creates chaos in queque. It took almost one hour just to get my key (has been checked in online). The room.is nice cos it is executive suite, but the door is difficult to close, the tech said it's been rotten ..the resto is also chaos with dull taste ..the officers has no smile there..stressful maybe. They mix smoke area with non, no border ..so.useless and def not comfortable. The only thing we are glab being here and has been staying here since old times cos of its location and also there's dying mall there to buy food if getting bored. The park area is also a mess..smell like septic tank. Too bad!

5star hotel that located at the same building with the mall. Which so much easier to go outside or just bough food. Nice hospitality. With nice breakfast and view. Unless the swimming pool if full with the kiddos at noon

Great place, fantastic experience during we are stay for 3 nights. Best food taste imcluding breakfast buffet on wonderful restaurant view facing to Medan city. Thanks a lot for the fast respons reception team when my group arrival. All guest room for the group very well arrangenment, clean, complete amenities and spacious. Had decent staycation here. The room is neat and comfy. The gym and pool are open. You get access to the Mall. While you at the mall, be sure to try JJ steak. The breakfast were good. but some people are just ignorant, picking up food without using mask. The service are okay.
