Craving for so many kind of medanese food and am home for a short trip. So i come here as a solution. Not all food here is tasty and qualified (in my opinion) to represent medan food. Shaved ice dessert here is a bit below average, quite small portion. Sekoteng in my mind (my childhood memory) is colourful with much variety of toppings and this is the contrary. Plus point, they put in quite lot of pickled kumquat (i love it). Kwe" is nice. Ordered yam fritter, chang fen, turnip cake and fried spring roll. Am not posting any photo. It is all cut into small pieces and lots of chili sauce is poured over (my request). The pic turns out to be quite horrible. Pempek is smaller in size compare to those in jakarta. Taste is below average, not perfectly fried. But it is not an authentic medan food after all. It is authentic jambi and palembang. My personal recommendation is their satay (al fresco) and bakso aan and bubur ketan and.... It will be easier and shorter list if i just mention what i dislike but i dont have the heart to do so. 😓

Dear Management Berastagi Super Market, Please Improve Service of your Staff. This's Five Star for Super Market in Medan. I have been shopped a month ago. When Proses for Payment at the Cashier, I ask Plastic bags for pempers, but cashier didn't do give me plastic ones. Cashier said to me This's easier to carry out by hands. then I explained to her I come shopped here is not Free. It's Ok If you Charge me for plastic bag and I ask how Much Price for plastic bag. After I was Complained, Cashier give me plastic bag and free of charge. Actually I spend a lot of money. And why you make it harder...?

A very complete supermarket, with a lot of discounts. On weekends, it will be very crowded. Big parking space.

Higher-end supermarket with a respectable amount of imported foodstuffs and brands in addition to a sizable selection of Indonesian products and brands. Some items are standard and you can always find them. Others are available from time to time without predictability. If you see something you like or miss, best to grab it as you can't be sure if it will be there on your next visit! Cash or credit card payment definitely accepted, e-wallet options may also be accepted. This particular store has a selection of Italian and Mexican import foodstuffs (Mission Tortillas, Barilla Pasta, etc.). Not a large selection but some core basics. You will also find specialty items such as capers, tahini, Frank's Red Hot & Tobasco sauces and plenty of others. Frozen as well as fresh meat selection (no pork products), frozen ice cream imports such as Haagen Daz or Ben & Jerry's. Good selection of ground and whole grain spices (mostly local) but I've never seen sage here in any form. Good selection of local produce both fruits & vegetables. However the quality doesn't seem to be as good (and the price is higher) than what you can find in a traditional Indonesian market. But if the idea of buying your fruits and veggies off of a tarp on the ground is more than you can handle, you can come here and pay more for slightly less-impressive options. Extensive selection of teas & coffees both local & import, and a very impressive array of local and import snacks, whether chips (including tortilla chips sometimes) or cookies. Additionally they have a large selection of household cleaning products, detergents, bath & body needs, and make-up. Selection of automotive and other household incidentals as well as an aisle of pots, pans, food storage options, flatware, etc. In the store but not technically part of Brastagi's (in a separate room at the far end of the cash registers and check out lanes from where you enter is B&W Cellar Wine & Spirit store with a small selection of beer, wine and hard liquor. Not the best selection or the best prices but it's convenient if you're already shopping for other items. Brastagi's is often packed to the gills on weekends as well as weekday evenings. Best to come in the mornings when there are fewer folks to compete with for aisle space!

The Brastagi Supermarket are located in Tiara Convention Center. The parking area are quite big, there is also an underground parking area but you need to walk further 😅. Unfortunately the parking are not free like Brastagi Supermarket at Jl. Gator Subroto. But if you purchase minimum 500K you can get the first 2 hours for free for the car and 250K for motorcycle. You can have your daily needs here. The fruits are fresh and you can also find some import fruits. The seafood that they provided are also have a good quality specially for Tuna and Salmon. There is also a food court and Coffee Crowd in front of the Brastagi Supermarket. This place are also located near Vihara Borobudur Temple.

Great place for daily needs shopping. Tight protocol for Covid prevention. Various products are available.

Not that big compare with Gatsi. But it has the same things. From healthy food to groceries. Placed down town make you easy to reach it. Next to Tiara Hotel.

One of the most complete convenient store you can find in Medan, literally can find anything i couldn't in other convenient store. Prices kinda OK tho, and the place is clean and comfy

The items that sale here are very comprehensive and fresh (raw foods & ingredients and ready-to-eat foods). Also for the types of disposable household goods are also quite complete. Both the environment and the service are excellent. It's just that the sale prices seems a little more expensive when compared to other convenience stores.

It's spacious with lots of famous food vendors, their service is quite good and this place has great atmosphere and design.

Best grocery in town. But please help the cashiers to improve, they lack of information about new payment system e.g Niaga Paywaves which is you can make a payment just by tapping the card on the EDC machine.

Great place to do monthly shopping in medan. They sell fresh fruits, imported goods, and almost everything for your household needs! There’re cafeteria for people who just want to wait for their relatives, parking will most likely cramped in weekends be wary!

It should be a typical one stop shopping supermarket that you can find a complete selections of your daily need, from fresh vegetable to fruits, wet seafood to meat, local product or imported, lot more. In front of the entrance, there is a foodcourt and cafe where we can have a stop to try a delicious food after shopping. Good parking area.

I love this supermarket, i love their vegetable salad, there are 2 types tuna and chicken but i loved tuna much, fyi the vegetable salad only available in tiara Berastagi, parking slot quite hard to find however there are too many goods that can buy if come here, good place to shop tiara Berastagi supermarket
