Got the fish tacos, which were cooked perfectly. This was not some deep fried mess slapped together by a line worker. This was a carefully thought-through and perfectly assembled masterpiece. Hats off to the chef for the side salad. Side dishes are often overlooked as afterthoughts. Instead, mine was wonderfully crisp and with a house made lemon vinaigrette. Did not expect to find a health conscious gem like this here in Boynton. So glad they moved in and filled the void for fresh-cooked, healthy meals amidst a sea of fast food and fries. This seems like a viable alternative to home-cooked meals and I’ll be dining here multiple times each week. Keep up the good work, OK&M.

If you found this place consider yourself extremely lucky. My wife and I are real food nuts and sticklers when it comes to quality and service when we dine out. Make no mistake, this place is bar none the best food experience we've had in a very very long time. Nothing else comes close in the quality, flavor, freshness, and love that goes into the food. The owner/chef is on premises, and making sure the food comes out superb. He's absolutely awesome and we are very grateful to be able to eat at a place of this caliber. Best crab cake I've had in my life, the fish taco's are crazy, and the salads..man forget about it!! Go eat here now and thank me later. Can't wait till they open another location in Delray.

Definitely I loved this place in Boynton. Delicious breakfast to go, always fresh farm ingredients, creamy fluffy lattes, gluten free menu, professional service.

Mixed feelings here. My truffle brioche was a good portion and very tasty. The avocado toast was too little for the price you pay for. We ended up going to a different cafe to have a decent avocado toast. The drink was a rose latte. Different.

Little secret nook just before the bridge on Ocean Ave in Boynton. This place is solid. They provide high quality health food. The freshness is unbelievable. They lean on the vegan side of goodness with a splash of gluten free options as well as various sugar options in their mylk smoothy drinks, ie monk fruit or agave (or omit the sugar altogether like many locals do). Be sure to get in before noon as this place gets busy quick. Today, I had the avocado toast with mixed greens and a farm raised egg on top, a little over more cooked than I wanted (between OM and OH) but still yummy nonetheless. They serve with fresh sprouts, and you just fold them in half and eat up. So good. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

I was overcharged for my order. When I expressed confusion I was told that I was charged for the tap water I asked for. I was made to feel it was my fault for being surprised by being charged for tap water and also, I was overcharged for the meal itself in addition to the cost of tap water. He did nothing to attempt to make it right when I realized I was still overcharged even without the unusual tap water cost and he cancelled my order entirely. The interaction (with a man who appeared to be an owner) was so incredibly rude, awkward and uncomfortable that I don't plan to ever go back.

I was visiting my daughter for the weekend and we needed a gluten free restaurant for breakfast. Well this was the only restaurant that came up in our search……but I am so glad it did!! The chef and staff were so nice. The food and the coffee were great. The gluten free pancakes are to die for!! I had the “her man’s croissant” (not gluten-free) and it was delicious!!

This place is so good! Really good organic, fresh, and super tasty food. The breakfast burrito I had today was incredible. I don’t know what’s in that sauce but good lord is amazing.

It is a small place but the quality of the bread for the sandwich is amazing. Also, the healthy seasoning and dressing made a whole different experience. Even though I go a chicken sandwich I was surprised by the breast chicken pieces, bread, the veggies quality and basil sauce was amazing. It is worth a visit after the beach.

I live in the area and only recently came across this place. Everything I’ve had so far has been *AMAZING* like actually beyond good! Fresh pressed juices, and sweet snacks available as well as a full breakfast and lunch menu! They also have an awesome chef and staff which made the experience even better! Definitely try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Delicious! Inspiring! Trend- setting! Im a former Ritz Carlton chef so Ive been around the block when it comes to healthy cuisine and unique eats. Dont know anyone from here at all. I stumbled in by accident because didnt want a slice of pizza and want to be a little healthier. Boy was I surprised. High quality ingredients and healthy entrees. Diverse enough menu for the health conscious adult and their voracious, not so health conscious kids! Good sized portions. Proper use of seasoning without overdoing it or underseasoning, which healthy venues are notorious for. This is the real deal. Truly a hidden gem! They have fresh squeezed, bottled juices, with the fruit still there! Like at home! How can you go wrong? 5 star all the way!

Farm fresh everything! Fantastic upscale breakfast menu with fresh juices, homemade teas, and vegan/vegetarian options. So much farm fresh items you can really taste the difference. The eggs, cheese, produce, all so fresh and flavorful. I've been a few times for breakfast and I'm excited to go try for lunch. Definitely check it out!!

This place is amazing! They have great Gluten Free AND Vegan options, that’s hard to find. Everything we’ve tried here has been excellent. It’s one of the few places we’ve found to get a Vegan breakfast. I’d highly recommend it

We were in Boynton Beach for a soccer game. We needed good food after. We went to OK&M based on the type of food we wanted (organic). It was delicious, fresh, organic and the service was very good! We highly recommend eating here!

I don't go out to eat often, but when I do, I go here! New to town and just discovered this gem today. It's a cozy cafe with bar seating along the store front window and a couple tables outside. The menu has fresh, organic ingredients with a farm to table vibe. Staff is friendly and accommodated my dietary preferences (gluten-free). I had the bison burger with caramelized onions and gruyere cheese over a bed of field greens. It was cooked perfectly and the flavors were nicely balanced. It was very satisfying on this chilly Saturday afternoon. I also had a sample of their delicious banana bread which paired well with my mocha latte. I don't think I could go wrong with anything on the menu. Looking forward to more weekend bike excursions and continuing my culinary journey through their menu. Might even check out their sister restaurant in Delray Beach ;-)

Please be aware this place is extremely overpriced and the food has zero flavor or seasoning. The chef uses “just egg” a vegan substitute for eggs and charges you $20+ for a something that sells at stores for $3.00 for 12oz. The manager refused to give me a refund or correct their mistake. I had to call the store and basically keep asking them to correct the issue. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and even told them the bread i wanted. When i check the bag they gave me a breakfast burrito instead of a sandwich. When i asked if i could please just bring it back and receive what i actually paid for they said no. Fyi I also ordered a vegan chocolate chip cookie…The cookie was completely burnt at the bottom. This place needs major fixing starting with the chef and new management. Heed my warning. Save your money and time.

The staff was very friendly, since it was my first time there they genuinely helped me pick a dish that fit my lifestyle. After eating my Lion’s Mane on GF wrap, the chef was kind and curious enough to ask me how was my wrap. Only two little adjustments but besides that the wrap was delicious, the aioli sauce was very tasty! I’ll be sure to come back and try another dish when I’m in the area. Thank you!

If you want to pay double for prepared organic food this is the place for you. The juice was $13 because it’s cold pressed.. the food quality is great, the preparation can be executed better for the price. Rarely do I feel the need to write a review but $26 for a dry chicken wrap is quite disappointing.

The food here is fantastic! If you are looking for Vegan or Traditional options they have it all and it’s all done right. They quality of the food and the food options that are available is something not easy to come by. Definitely one of the best vegan spots that I’ve been to. Highly recommend to Vegans and Non-Vegans.
