Today was the first time I have been to this salon and I was very impressed not only with the physical surroundings, but with Francine. I was nervous because of previous color/cut disasters, but there was no need to be. Francine was attentive and made me feel welcome. And she took the time to explain everything. She did a fantastic job with both my color and cut, which is not easy, considering how thin and fine my hair is. I will definitely be returning to this salon!

After trying out different salons for over a year, I have finally found the One! A wonderful place that just fits my needs. Francine gave me a fabulous cut, style, and blow dry, and Joelle did a terrific job on manicure and pedicure. Staff are so friendly, courteous, and professional. I am thrilled to have found them!!!

Best haircut and color experience since moving to LC! Francine is the best. She listens to what you want and is honest in letting you you what can and can't be done. I had several really bad experiences at supposed top of the line salons so was a bit nervous. Francine listened and repeatedly asked questions to clarify so we were on the same page before she even started. I will go no where else and HIGHLY recommend for anyone struggling to find a great hair care professional.
