Ubuntu
is
a
lovely
modern
Congolese
restaurant
in
a
happening
part
of
town.
The
décor
is
tasteful,
the
service
attentive,
and
the
drinks
and
food
are
reasonably
priced
for
Kinshasa.
On
my
most
recent
trip
there
I
had
the
mini
brochettes
(kebab)
as
a
starter,
which
were
tender,
well
seasoned,
and
moreish.
The
cocktails
are
good
(I
had
the
Kinshasa),
if
a
little
sweet,
and
the
desserts
were
innovative
(I
had
the
chocolate
and
passion
fruit
fondant).
Hopefully
the
management
team
continues
to
uphold
their
level
of
service
and
innovate.
I
intend
to
return.
