The owner is an Australian. Met him and came across this gym on my work travels to the Congo. He is great guy, his team is very friendly and he has meticulously designed a gym facility that will rival some of the best in Australia. At a fraction of the cost. I wish something like this existed back home, it would be my go-to.

Great gym in Gombe, Democratic Republic of Congo. It is fully equipped with state of the heart gym equipments and the instructor is quite friendly and the receptionist too is good. I didn't see a lot of people here when I visited. However, it's quite expensive $110 per month.

The gym is very open and the equipments are new and very good.

Overated gym. So expensive per comparison to its service. Coachs are useless. instead of working on organisation they keep training as if they are clients, and they make a lot of noise and continue screaming as if they are in streets. If you asked for a little help they will ignore you if u didnt payed for them, but if you have payed they will help you. The client who pay for coach he gets special treatment and he got the equipments much easier than other clients who didnt payed. A lot of clients took too much time while setting on equipments and holding their phones by hand. So they literarly ocuppy the equipment without training and they dont accept to tell them to move on. Also the coaches never give them a remark. Briefly, i will never subscribe again.

This is an excellent gym with a variety of world class gym equipment. If you want to lose weight or stay fit or build muscle, this is the right gym for you. Management is very friendly and can give you customized advice for your fitness needs. The music is vibrant and motivates one to have an enjoyable workout. I highly recommend this gym.
