This should be zero stars. They forgot to give me a straw for my drink. When I parked and walked to the window I kept knocking and the three employees inside kept giving me the "one second" gesture. It took three minutes to get a straw. Then, when I tried to pick up my frappuccino, I found it has the wrong lid AND was overfilled. When the lid came off it flowed all over me, my wife, the cupholders and console. Absolutely terrible at their jobs. I can't believe these people think they deserve $15 an hour.

I love Starbucks. This location is very easy to drive to & through.

Today my boyfriend went to get Starbucks and he got 3 drinks, 2 of them are Ice triple espresso and it’s half way empty, and he pay the full price for it. I don’t know if they run out of it but I think it’s not right, they just give it the drink half way empty, one drink and it’s basically gone.

Ordered a drink in drive thru got to the window, I forgot my purse at home. They gave me the drink free. Very nice ! I took them the money later that night, and ordered 2 more drinks. Very nice people.

They have the sweetest workers, great service overall. Fav Starbucks in Turlock :)

my drink was not full to top i paid for a vinti and got cup half way full and i paid extra for cold foam and dont look like i got any ya never go here waste of money why does it look like that

Long line at the drive-thru so I walked to the window and placed my order. Super nice & friendly service and of course delicious coffee as always 👌🏻
