Both associates completely ignored me as I walked in. Not one of them offered me assistance. I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP. HELLO. YOU ALL WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE PEOPLE. YOU SHOULDN'T BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!!! Definitely not a good experience and I felt extremely unwelcomed. I will never come back to this location and spend my time or money.

Same thing as the other two ladies. I moved to Turlock from the sticks in 1992.I was told about sally beauty store. I couldn't wait to go there. My daugther and me finally went, and yes we were totally ignored. I felt like we were bothering them. We still live here in Turlock. I think I've been their 4 more times. Different people but just about the same service. I wonder if that is a requirement?

Highly Recommend if you plan on buying items from this store ask your stylist or do research beforehand staff is no help!! Went in for bleach items to lift black hair and the staff recommended me a higher developer, even asked multiple times before purchasing if it was the right one. Fried my hair off completely!

Went in for some advise on color and bleaching and the two ladies working were such amazing help and very nice. Made my experience there very welcoming. Such good people as well. For sure my new go to.

I get all my beauty needs at sally beauty! I went to the one in ceres and modesto but the one in turlock feels a little better than the others. The employee's look happy, sound happy and ask you of you're doing ok, finding everything. It has everything. Best place to go to if you're in beauty school

The girls that work here are very helpful and know their products, I will be going back.

The store is just okay, staff was friendly no sales.
