Melissa
(Jennifer
in
the
background)
I
will
be
looking
for
another
dentist
because
of
the
unprofessional
staff
at
the
front
desk.
Since
your
office
staff
will
not
allow
me
to
book
mine
and
my
kids
cleanings
at
the
same
time.
We
have
stayed
loyal
clients
to
Dr.
Melgosa
and
referring
friends
and
family
to
him
as
well.
Dr.
Melgosa
as
a
dentist
has
been
phenomenal
over
the
years
however,
the
office
staff
not
so
much.
My
main
complaint
has
always
been
with
Jennifer.
I
feel
there
is
a
lot
that
Jennifer
doesn’t
do
as
for
her
position
being
the
office
manager,
but
if
he
is
fine
standing
behind
her
and
her
actions,
resulting
in
losing
5
patients
then
to
each
is
own.
This
just
shows
that
patient
relationship
means
nothing.
As
for
now
word
of
mouth
will
affect
potential
new
patients
and
current.
I
am
saddened
to
not
have
his
professional
opinion
anymore.
I
have
been
a
loyal
patient
there
since
Dr.
Melgosa
took
over
from
Dr.
Decker.
I
asked
for
all
four
appointments
to
be
booked
in
one
set
block
just
as
before
and
now
it’s
an
inconvenience.
They
continue
to
reschedule
me
and
the
kids
without
notice.
It’s
not
until
I
receive
an
appointment
confirmation
that
I
know
that
our
appointments
have
been
changed.
That
defeats
the
whole
purpose
of
setting
future
appointments
during
my
last
visit.
This
is
the
second
time
they
have
split
mine
and
my
kids’
appointments
up
without
notification.
I
believe
Jennifer
is
responsible
to
review
patients’
policies
and
coverages
which
in
the
past
I
have
had
issues
due
to
her
negligence
there
as
well
I
have
received
surprised
bills
in
the
past.
When
I
go
to
the
specialist
such
as
orthro
or
Endodontists
they
are
able
to
give
me
an
exact
total
without
all
the
unprofessional
behavior.
Its
unfortunate
that
Dr.
Melgosa
must
settle
for
such
an
employee
that
represents
his
business
in
such
an
unprofessional
manner
who
can’t
even
provide
accurate
information.
I
know
Dr.
Melgosa
may
not
receive
this
so
I
will
be
posting
this
as
a
review
online.
Since
I
did
ask
to
speak
with
Dr.
Melgosa
directly
and
I
was
told
by
the
front
desk
(Melissa
and
Jennifer)
that
he
doesn’t
talk
to
the
patients
directly.
