Visited on a Sunday during lunchtime. The place was packed but I was able to find a seat at the bar. It's a great place to watch the game with lots of big TVs and a good amount of seating. The atmosphere is great. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. The kitchen is quick even when busy. Absolutely loved the fried spicy green beans! The fried chicken sandwich was a little too breaded, and the chicken was dry. But the buns and sauce are tasty! Want to try another sandwich from them next time and especially want to try the nachos. Would definitely recommend it, especially for a good place to watch the game for free!

Wow! What a hidden gem! I had eaten here once before, but I forgot how good they were. Jams 209 has a large variety of beer on tap, as well as a diverse menu of items that you can't find elsewhere. I ordered a sampler platter, a pizza and tacos because I couldn't decide what I wanted to eat! They also have a variety of burgers, chicken sandwiches and other sandwiches. The service we received was amazing and on point. This was the best service I have received in a restaurant, for quite a while. Our waitress checked on us several times throughout our meal, and brought us drinks without us having to ask first. The wait for our food was not that long. The food was amazing and had really good flavor. I couldn't decide which food item was my favorite. I am super glad that the original restaurant i had chosen for lunch was closed. I highly recommend this restaurant and will absolutely be returning to try more of their food. I do want to mention that it was a Little loud, but having a conversation was somewhat manageable. They also have 10+ televisions (hello, sports bar!) that you can watch various sports events.

Service was OK, the place was packed (85%). There are 14 screens lined up along the walls. There was only 1 audio feed of one of the football games and it happened to be the one I was watching (49ers & Cardinal 45-29 Sun Dec 17, 2023. There were other games also. There was a wild bunch of guys making noise. Bathroom was clean. The long halfway had pics of patrons. The booths had very comfortable seating. They also have a Jams in Atwater that has the same layout, but the community is half the size of Turlock, so turnout may be lower, they have more stools and less booths, also, the Atwater location has an outdoor patio; with a TV. I recommend this establishment in Turlock and will return. The food looks good.

My two older boys took me out for my 43rd birthday yesterday and the nice waitress and bar tender got my attention as we were leaving to surprise me with a free bowl of ice cream. It was VERY SWEET of them to call me back to surprise me. 😊 They were all very nice before even knowing it was my birthday. This was the first time coming here and we will definitely be going back not just cause the food was great but because the service was amazing as well.

Great local sports bar with a wide selection menu. Draft beers, appetizers, burgers, wings, and LOTS of t.v.s, with multiple sports broadcasting throughout the bar. Fun place, good times.

I dig this place! The employees are super friendly. At the time of my visit on a Sunday afternoon there were only 2 employees covering the floor and they did a good job. I ordered the western burger with their steak fries and it was delicious! My fiancé ordered the shrimp wrap with their steak fries and finished his plate. Overall a good experience. They have happy (hour) everyday from 3pm to 7pm which I'm sure is a big hit during any sports season. Good selection of beer and drinks. We will definitely come back! Thank you for the good service.

I think their servers are what stands out the most. They are truly welcoming and friendly! Their food is quite tasty. They have this appetizer dish with Tempura Shrimp that's simply perfect! 😋 The burgers are delicious and juicy and hard to keep a handle on once you get to the last couple bites. Of course, they are the best place to visit if you wanna watch a game! Great atmosphere!

Nice little place to come chill out at with a small crowd! Plenty of TV’s to watch the games and plenty of beer and drinks while you’re watching them! They have daily specials so call and find out what’s going on. Great service and Awesome food! Outside patio as well! If your in the area come check it out! Thanks Jams! We had a great time!

Food was good, my wife loved the fries a lot. Chicken wings were a LITTLE salty but that can be fixed. I got the chipotle sandwich it was good for a grilled sandwich ! Will be coming back as this is my first time here. Great experience.

Have had delivery from here several times and the food is always good. The one time we've gone in to eat the service was not great and our beers were not what we ordered and there were some unruly drunks that seemed like regulars at the bar early in the day.

I was having a horrible day... I only had 10 dollars to my name until I got paid.. I just wanted a cold beer to ease my mind.. The tender gave me a smile and said it was on her!! Super grateful and amazed that there are still good people out there..

Locals hang out with a great happy hour. Love the staff. They make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door.

This is Erin, one of the bartenders at Jams. Even though it was a busy St.Patrick's day, she followed a recipe I shared with her and she crafted a Midori Martini for me!

I would say the food is pretty much the only bad thing. Chicken was dry, the sampler plate was basic no real flavor but it has potential to improve. Service was great! The girls were very nice and the atmosphere was also super chill and relaxing. Perfect for anyone who wants to go watch a game and have a beer.

Great place to grab an awesome burger. Put an egg.on it if you want to step up the burger....either way the food is fire

Great place to watch sports, especially the ones that do not play on regular TV. The food is delicious. Had the knock out nachos, and they were delicious. My buddy had pizza, it was good. Good selection of beer!

Stopped by here to catch some of the NCAA conference tourney games and the Players. Shyla the bartender was awesome. She recommended the shrimp flying Hawaiin which was excellent. She was speedy, friendly, and clearly had a great relationship with the locals. I would come back here for the service and friendliness as well as the good food and drink.

The beer was good. One star for that. The service was honest and friendly. One star for that. I ordered a burger asked for med-rare. Server said they only do well done. I was shocked. But we were committed by that point. She wasn't kidding. The burger was dry as a bone, charred, and horrible. AND, they didn't have pickles! No pickles! I pointed out website photos of burgers from here with pickles, and the server said they don't carry pickles any more! Who doesn't carry pickles??? I will not return.

Really nice place! Friendly and clean and nice patio area too. I bet this place is a blast during football season! It's hard to find a good French Dip Sandwich. Jams has a good one , though! Great sandwich! I look forward to next lunch!

I kid you not, this place has THE BEST burgers in all of Central California. I had The Warrior Burger with the garlic fries. The burger was spicy, juicy, bacon crispy, bun toasted and it was MASSIVE. The garlic fries are second to none. Small spot with great choices of food and drinks. Now to the service. It was stellar. Had a very large party and we were all taken very good care of. Drink never empty. This was my first visit, but it will not be my last.
