Terrible staff, very unfriendly and unprofessional. They were nasty and very impolite. Such a bad experience I do not recommend anyone this shop and this mall. Old stuff, closed stores... I’ve never seen such a bad shop assistant really, H&M you have a serious issue with your staff.

Wanted summer clothes but not a lot of my taste in !

What an amazing experience for both us and our dog. Frist time there we were a bit nervous but as our dog can be a bit nervous and it was like a heaven for dogs and owners. Everyone playing enjoying themselves and having so much fun. There's a bar to relax and have a cold drink. Simple amazing and will definitely become a regular trip.

Another good shop with reasonable prices, just didn't find anything to tempt me...

The women's clothing was dull & old fashioned, so pretty disappointed tbh ...

Cheap and cheerful upto the minute clothes, and now some interiors. Very nice. Always buy something here. Staff on the whole should be friendlier! But that's quite common in ships. Or shops even! X

This shop tends to stock a slightly different range of all types of clothing compared to rivals. It loses a star because there are insufficient staff and checkout queues are common even at quiet times.

Good, location in the mall, excellent range of product with competitive price. Only issue - on a Saturday, big queues and only 2 staff serving - ON A SATURDAY. It's a common Spanish problem; chronic under-staffing

Most of the time well organized shop. The staff is the added value of this shop. Always friendly and extremely helpful.

I can't thank enough the lovely ladies that work there. They are always so helpful at the till. They made sure I got my member account set and the discount through every time even when there is a queue.

Staff very helpful. Lots of the clothes are aimed mostly at younger customers but if you search through you can find some great pieces.

Fantastic clothes great shop very clean and tidy

Would be better if all the staff knew where their various items of stock were. Once found, the clothing is quite good. Looking for boys pjs with shorts. This was the only shop.
