Absolutely awful experience with serious hygiene problem! BEWARE OF THIS TOURIST TRAP - We came for the view but left very quickly in huge disappointment. (After investigating further, we learned that many of the 5 star reviews on Google are given by fake users without profiles, possibly bots. Does not truthfully depict the experience and are likely fake reviews) - The kitchen does not practice basic hygiene protocols. Found a hair in my dish. So disgusting. - When we informed staff, they tried to argue it's normal with meatballs? Seriously? Waiter tried to send me a new dish without any apologies or acknowledgement of the problem. Clearly we were disgusted by the hair and when we refused a replacement, they turned incredibly rude and bad-tempered. - We didn't want to deal with arguing, paid in full and left immediately. - Ordered spaghetti bolognaise and grilled chicken doner. Note: Meat is not grilled at all. Food was tasteless and bland. NOT authentic Turkish food. Spaghetti was less palatable than instant microwavables you get at the supermarket. - Staff were very dishonest in saying the menu was in Turkish prices. They wore big smiles at the entrance but very two-faced the entire service. They’ll do anything to you have you seated. - 200 TL for salmon? (13 euros at time of writing) Our hotel served cheaper and more delicious food than this. Exorbitant menu prices. I don't like writing bad reviews that may affect the restaurant business but would like to warn others as you may risk intoxication. Honestly, get yourself a better meal elsewhere. An embarrassment to call themselves a steakhouse and you'll have a better time with kinder, more genuine staff elsewhere. Shame, I would give 0 stars if possible and they really were the downers of what could have been otherwise a lovely evening. Please be a honest establishment, you don't need to deceive nor rip tourists off to be profitable. Overall awful, awful experience.

Great value restaurant, very friendly staff. Very clean with nice views from the balcony. With regards to the bad review by Sarah about hygiene, they have the cleanest toilets I've seen during my 4 week stay in Turkey, usually a good sign for kitchen hygiene I find!

Price is good and food is also great! The boss is so friendly. If I go to Pamukkale again, I will definitely go to this restaurant :) highly recommend it!

Genuinely my favorite restaurant I visited in my 11 days in Turkey. Really friendly and kind staff, and the adana and lamb kebab were DELICIOUS. Make sure you ask for turşu if you like spice!

We went for steak, first they got our order messed up (ordered rare, got well done) but we're nice enough to exchange. The steak itself was very tasteless. Would not recommend. However the speggetti bolognese was good. The view is good. Comparitively the nearby places are cheaper and more delicious.

Food was tasty, we came back a second time. If you ask nicely, they let you eat upstairs. Friendly staff, speak English and Russian. Great view of Pamukkale. (Sorry, I took the picture after I ate half of my food. So tasty 😋)

Adana kebab was really good. Meat doner was good and the chicken doner was pretty mediocre. You don't have many choices in this town so this place is definitely worth checking out. The location is convenient and staff is friendly.

I reckon this might be one of the rarest places where a non-Turkish speaker can feel comfortable because the menu is in English and staff are very friendly. Prices are very much reasonable and the food is tasty. Good to go!
