So Delicious! Definitely recommend for those passing by this small town. I am vegan and it was the one place that knew what that meant and know how they could adapt it to their menu. The couple were both so kind and accommodating and the food was amazing, very authentic!

A simple place away from the crowd. Great food from the lovely owner/cook at a reasonable price. She always treated us to tea and baklava at the end of the meals. Specially recommend the local ravioli (manti).

We have been spending a few days in the Pamukkale area, and were looking in the town for a place to eat. We stumbled across Paynark Thai restaurant, run by a delightful husband and wife team. They showed us the traditional Thai menu, and we decided on Pad Thai and the Green Curry. Both were absolutely delicious, spicy and very authentic. In fact we enjoyed the food so much that we intend to return. The service was so welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit.

We were looking for some other restuarant, but saw this place who were serving thai food. We are vegetarians and they customized their dishes for us. It's not just about the food that is great here, but the couple's hospitality. They are so welcoming, we went there twice. We had the cucumber salad which was so damn good and spicy. Perfect!! I can say. We had also green curry and Thai rice, again a correct blend of spices and proper coconut flavour. Since both were amazing we also wanted to try their pad thai noodles. Very very yummy and it's very cost effective too 😍😍... do visit them when in pamukkale.... THEY ARE VERY LOVING PEOPLE.

This restaurant is, unfortunately CLOSED. There is another restaurant, Teras cafe, in their old location with a sign outside using the name “Payanark,” and pretending to be them, but they definitely are not, and the Thai food we ordered was absolutely inedible. I’m sure the old restaurant was wonderful, and I don’t want to give them a bad review but avoid the place pretending to be them!

Very delicious as in Thailand—my hometown. Warm hospitality from p'Aaew and her husband. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The best restaurant in Pamukkale. MUST COME!👍👍
