It looks like a 3 star hotel, its old and the rooms weren't very good

It is a new hotel in Denizli, the room and equipments are new and clean. The price is nice(room with 3 single beds ~2200TL) The hotel is a little bit far from city center so that it is quiet. If you have car the distance is ok(~15min to Denizli city center, ~20min to Pukkumale ticket office) In night hours the employee possibly cannot speak English, google translate can be used to communicate.

The room is clean but it looks like, that the bathroom not been renovated since ages! Especially the shower area and the wood under the sink. The bellows are thick and not comfortable but later next day, I found a softer one in the closet. The location is good as it is far away from the city center but, its sorroundings are not intersting and if there were some trees atround the hotel that would make it much better!

Hotel with perfect accommodation and support from all staff mainly from Ibrahim Ozturlar and the Chef Tayfun with wonderful food options

Everything was perfect except that the air conditioning didn't work in my room.

The hotel was tucked away from the freeway and was somewhat difficult to get to without a GPS. The room we stayed in was average and a bit outdated but was acceptable. Parts of the bathroom showed aging again it was acceptable. The food from the restaurant was excellent and the staff were extremely polite and professional. We stayed 2 nights and paid 2000TL per night (that with no breakfast). If you wanted breakfast that 600TL more.

A nice and cozy hotel located between city center and Pamukkale. the only reason that I gave 4 stars is because they claim to have a fitness center but it was converted to a depot. And reception has no idea..

It is good but regarding to its prices and the location of the hotel the breakfast must be included. One more point the bathroom is old and need reinvention.

Only for those who travel with car since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. I personally would not go back since it’s below average in terms of the room and service quality for the price.

I traveled last November with my motocycle from Greece to Tehran and I stayed at this hotel for 2 night. Excellent hospitality, nice room and breakfast . very good restaurant

Clean spacious rooms, good facilities, friendly service and a quiet neighbourhood.

The room is really nice, cozy, large and comfortable. The price of the room and food are reasonable. However, the hotel stands alone, very far from the city. The ways you reach the hotel is only by taxi or by driving. The staffs are not friendly, not helped me with the luggages. By the way, with the price and the room, I think this hotel is really ok.

Reasonably priced, comfortable and relatively modern hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of Denizli. Highly recommended.

It is a stand alone building out of town, 10-15 minutes drive from city center. Hotel is new and clean, very convenient for business trips and fairly priced.

Enjoyed our stay during our trip to Pamukkale. The hotel is located between Denizli city centre and Pamukkale that you need a car if you stay in this place. İn overall it was a pleasant stay

Clean rooms, friendly crew, relatively affordable rate but a bit far away from city center.

Stuff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is amazing. Room was really cozy and good equiped. Just pillows are too high to sleep on them, other things really justifed the price and reached expected quality for Dedeman hotels. All recommendations!

Great hotel, except the divider wall between the bathroom and bedroom was made from glass and it was see through, this is particularly not convenient when travelling with a family. Apparently all the rooms were the same. The windows definitely need to be frosted.
