General 9/10 A good comfortable hotel, I think in a normal city like Denizli it is very good. Rooms 9/10 are big with nice balkon but you cant use it because it is so crowded out. Food 9/10 is very good and delicious and well done. Breakfast is so normal with everyday the same. Unfortunately the last day (which it was the second day of Sacrifice Feast the food were not fresh, fruits were acidifier and other pieces were not fresh. Serving 8/10 Good in general especially the girl that is responsible on our breakfast shift was so professional and she was serving the tea every time she saw me almost finish. Also trying to ask me if I do need anything every half an hour but in the last day I had a man who was so unprofessional, I called many times with no response also my tea was served by the same cup. Hospitality 9/10 Reception is so good, they were helpful with me a lot especially in my last day with bags, extended one hour before check out, tea and water for free. Cleaning 9/10 Super clean women and hotel details Location 9/10 It is near the city center but absolutely you need taxi to go there because of highway roads that make it impossible. Activities 6/10 No swimming pool or a garden to stay only the lobby which is nice and decorated but in general boring. I do recommend this hotel they are so good in general. I am sure they will take my feedback as an advices to rehabilitate it. Thanks for your lovely hospitality.

Very regret to book it rather then the one in Pamukkale. It besides the highway and very noisy during the midnight. AC didn’t work at all and the room’s super hot if window is closed. Staffs barely speak English.

The rooms are too fancy, the staff were friendy. I don't think the location is great, but it really doesn't matter when you enter the hotel The price is more than suitable for such services We like it very much

there is nothing to complain about this hotel.. everything is new and sparkling clean the staff are nice and accommodating! if you are visiting Pumakkale Thermal Pools this is the place to choose to stay! Denzili shopping Square is close to this hotel too! ❤❤

Modern hotel with great service, squeaky clean rooms and friendly staff. We stayed here for one night while visiting Denizli, and a had a confortable experience. Hotel has Turkish baths (sauna) and gym which you can use for free and is located merely 20-22 min away from Pamukkale thermal springs and Hierapolis ancient ruins, which is the main attraction in this town. Burak from the front desk was SUPER helpful in arranging cab service when we needed it and giving us great tips to enjoy Pamukkale! Totally recommend it.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Turkey. However the location is very industrial and it's not something that I would choose had I known about the location in advance. Regardless of the location, my experience was excellent and I highly recommend the hotel in itself.

Rooms were quite good. Staff was very polite and accomodative. Our initial room's shower was not working. So they moved us to a different room. Breakfast was good. You can order omelette separately. Location was bit off the city and not in center of everything. Pamukkale is around 25 mins drive from here.

Very convenient location and good view from the 3rd floor onwards. The food in the restaurant is great.

Very cozy and quite hotel, the rooms are very big on the 4th floor and the girls in the reception were very friendly and helpful. The staff are friendly even thought they did not have valet service or concierge, but they helped us with both. Turkish tea for free all the time which i loved, but the only negative thing is the breakfast ...it's poor and the location..no restaurants or groceries near by.

Staff is good. Rooms are good. Location is on de side of the road but isolation is perfect so there is no sound problem. Just a clean hotel with good service en breakfast.

Lovely hotel ,very clean , fantastic staff especially 'Can'at reception.very helpful gave us lots of tips on sights to see .
