Staff were unfriendly and not helpful at all. Balcony rooms have no showers. Why would anyone want a balcony room if there was no showers for the guest?! Bed sheets were stained and dirty. So were the towels. Floor was dusty and everything was old and cheapskate Free breakfast was absolutely terrible. Bread served was tougher than a brick, you could knock someone out with that thing.

DO NOT TRUST!!!! ITS NOT OPEN 24/7. Called & confirmed we can check in at 5am so we booked. After 11hours of traveling from Istanbul we arrived this place as it was confirmed. ABSOLUTELY NOBODY at reception except for a dog continuously barking at us, called multiple times but reception phone was kept ringing not getting transferred. Waited for 30 minutes but TOO TIRED TO DEAL WITH THIS. Thanks to LAODIKYA OTEL nearby. They let us check-in at 5:45am with impeccable professionalism. ALSO: THE OWNER WILL ACT LIKE THEY DID NOTHING WRONG. We called over 10 times from outside of the place and knocked on the door for over 30 min. We even called the day before to verify they knew we would be arriving at 5am and someone will be there to greet us. They confirmed, but now they are acting like we did not talk and did not call over 10 times. If a business messes up, apologize and stay professional. But to blame the guests that have been travelling over 10 hours overnight to your place just to leave them outside then blame them is absolutely outrageous!!! P.S. We film our travels as a job, so to the owner: please don't start to lie on Google reviews because we have the ENTIRE situation filmed. (Even all the calls from outside your place and also the clip of you verifying our arrival over phone. So please, just say sorry and keep it moving. Because we can call bs very easy with audio and video 🧐🧐😏

Hello, we just stayed a night in this hotel.. BUT.. very bad.. V had booked an air conditioned room.. Which v dint get.. The room did not even have a fan.. When we asked about this the staff's reaction was very rude.. The toilet flush wasn't working.. Room was very old..They wudnt even refund the money.. Overall bad experience..

It perfectly serves you if you arrive in Denizli at night after a long distance bus trip: taking a shower and a short sleep. Just one minute from the bus terminal. They even offer a breakfast for free! If you expect high-quality hotels like Hilton or Marriott, this is not a place for you. However, if you need a place to stay until morning (like for 5-8 hours) with a very reasonable price, this is for you.

This place is old school, but very cool. Loved my stay here, owner is a hipster. Has a cute little dog in the reception that he treats like his own baby :) Cool decor, it's just hip. Sure old etc, but for this price I would stay a whole week.

If you're traveling on a budget is the best option you could ask for! Close to the bus station and to the city center, the people in there are super kind, the bedroom is warm and the breakfast is nice. Would totally recommend it!

Its location is not in a good place that you would prefer, yet the outside view seems really friendly. We had to stay because of our dog (not every hotel accept dogs unfortunatelly) The night we stayed, I experienced a big fight between the mother and the son who are the owners of the hostel (and they also have a reallyy sweet dog which scares from the son :( ) I like this place because of their interest, they also prepared a place just for my dog. The rooms also are not that clear sadly.

Very good location as it was at 2 minutes distance from otogar. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also included

It's a main bus stations in Denizli. This place is very organized and clean. You can search and buy tickets so easy. Be careful with the schedule of your bus, they are punctual

I agree with the last review, it is very hip. Internet is fast also. Sure could do with a bit of an upgrade, but for this price it's fantastic. Hope they don't change anything since it just has so much character.
