Nice and well-stocked shop. Welcoming and friendly staff. But sigh! It doesn't matter which of Imerco's 160 stores you enter, it's exactly the same selection. NONE, no surprises and no "local assortment" that more and more stores (even net) are starting to see a business idea in. You don't get any photos of the store either..... due to the fact that it is almost identical to the 159 other Imerco in DK.

Good treatment. Was in to buy pans on sale, but there were no more left. They ordered 2 for my home, and I received an SMS when I could pick them up.

Super competent sellers who know something about the goods. Welcoming and polite. The shop is neat and well maintained. They have more items in the store than you might think.

A really bad service and they don't bother the customers 3 employees stood and talked privately. Since then, the service has become really good

Was going to buy a toaster, unfortunately they didn't have any toasters in the size I wanted. the staff kindly guided me to their website where together we found a toaster I wanted, I ordered and paid for it. the clerk said if it should live. in the shop or at a pickup location, I chose the latter. the clerk said it would probably take approx. 5 working days before it appeared, but already the next day it had arrived. Thank you for a good treatment and experience. not the last time I shop at Imerco.🙂👍👍👍

A bit sad that they sell me used service without informing about it. Bought Royal Copenhagen Christmas plates which were dirty. Got them exchanged by surprisingly nice staff at Kbh.

Imerco is just a store with the most delicious things. The last time I was there, the staff on the floor were obviously a bit tired from the Christmas shopping, but at the till the service was as good as usual.

Had a very good experience, the best which I ever had. Kuluk was very welcoming and helpful.

Went in to buy Christmas presents. At the same moment I was ready with my collection, there was a friendly and pleasant clerk with whom I had plenty of time to talk, as there was a lot that had to be packed. I would love to come back.
