Det er flot fantastisk afslappende kur, giver fornyet energi. Mega lækkert sted med venligt samarbejde. Der er sauna med 70° også 80° man kan vælge. I dampe værelse man kan brug Læsøsalt. Der er også en basener med 6% salt i og 12% salt i. Free WiFi Elevator til 1. sal Alt af alt det er: Luksuriøs oplevelse.

Great experience. Everything from saunas to waterfall rooms, jacuzzi to salt water pools. Not expensive and not at all crowded. The perfect place to go on a rainy day.

Small changing room with one shower, having to wait outside as crowded. Not a nice atmosphere, the lunch that was prepaid was just bread and hardly any filling. Decided to leave, will not return.

Huge disappointment. The place feels like an expensive swimming pool. But even there public swimming pools in places like Berlin or Vienna are better. Entrance looks like a spa, tower is nice. But then… no spa experience at all. Towels covering wet floors in the changing room. Crowded (probably the only time of the day and maybe even that week - not running ferries might have contributed, but one could have mentioned that when making reservations or latest when entering), resting areas are either cold and drafty or warm and stuffy. Place looks a bit run down in parts. Tiles could use some cleaning. Same goes for the floor in the tower, there just a broom would have helped. No real view to the sea (except from the tower) while the spot might suggest otherwise. Spa needs appropriate resting areas, but those had broken tables, some with gaff taped feed. Sitting was possible on “garden” tables and chairs or cotton beanbags (srsly cotton in a place where it gets wet? how unhygienic can it be). Outside area looked better, but I won’t go to a spa when weather is great. The place could really be great, but in total we left after less than one hour with the feeling of being ripped off.

I made a prepaid reservation for massage for 50 min. at 15:30 on 26-July-2022. I was in my car and on the way when a dismal female from this facility called me at 15:02, literally scolding me for being late! I somehow figured out that they had an internal coordination problem and my booking was wrongly scheduled in her (her name is Line, BTW) work calendar. It’s entirely their own problem and NOT mine at all. Despite the circumstance, their was no apology from Line for her rude phone call. What’s there to get aggressive toward your customer when the service provider made a mistake and become rude. When I arrived there at 15:23, I told Line that I can’t get a massage treatment from such a person and asked for my money back.

Really disappointed: Saturday afternoon: With our idea to spend and relax there some hours, but: Nothing! We have to leave for closing at 5:30 pm! Second Internet open until 9:00 pm, and no information about it before paying???...the total amount for 2 hours???!! It's a very nice place, nice people but this is in my opinion absolut not ok! If you're closing earlier, please give your clients informations about it. In this case another day can be chosen.

Worst experience ever.

Hyggelig tur i kurbad. Supersødt personale. Desværre var vi ikke blevet informeret om at kurbadet havde valgt at lukke 2 timer tidligere end normalt. Altså allerede kl. 15 og ikke som forventet kl. 17. Vi fik en undskyldning om at man desværre havde glemt at give besked herom.
