A seemingly endless collection of interesting and unique antiques from Denmark mainly, and elsewhere also. Room after room is set up so that you can see objects in their environments and in groups of like objects. From as small as a thimble to as large as a bus, this museum is one size and surprise after another. Highlights include the farmers furnished time capsule house, picking fresh apples and cherries on the property in the early fall, the teacup collection, the tractor collection, and the funeral wagon in the back barn. Dont miss the airplane, the islands first electricity generator, and the vintage computers. Pack a lunch and enjoy it on the lawn or on one of the picnic tables in the beer collection room. Coffee is served on site - nice on a cool island day. This attraction is not well highlighted in visitor guides or given the credit is so deserves. If you love history, antiques, and technology, this will be a highlight of your trip to Bornholm and Denmark!

Mind blowing, took me by complete surprise. Rarely have a place left me with so many refreshed memories. I'm 67 years of age, and most of the things have been used in my lifetime.

Amazing. So many things. Everything from Nazi table china through semi automatic washing machines to power plant generators. You can touch a lot of it and crank it up. There is also a very realistic, cosy apartment from early 20th century. Wonderful atmosphere, feels somehow way different than a museum.

This museum is nothing short of incredible in its depth and breadth of a collection of almost everything that seemingly ever landed on Bornholm. Love engines? Love domestic houseware history? Want to find a photo of your distant Bornholmer cousin in the sitting room gallery? You can do it here. We came for the Saab friction tester and spent the better part of a morning just wandering through the farm completely amazed.

Would recommend if you like to time travel a bit. The collection is beautiful and very authentic, but it is a bit disorganized.

It is an amazing museum where you find a plethora of cool things to give you a glimpse in the past. From technology to every day objects to planes and utility trucks, there something for everyone to see. It was a lot of fun and an excellent way to spend the day.
