    Awful service: I went to sign in for a mobilt bredbånd + basic TV package and came back home to discover that the guy forgot to include the TV in the contract. Then I went back the week after and another guy, after having me waiting for over 30 minutes, refused to help me including the TV package on the original contract (he even made me sign in in my own cell phone on "My Services" because he did not want to use the store computer for that (??!!). On top of that I was trying to get clarification on other services and the guy had absolutely no idea. I doubt he was able to find his own feet... I dediced to call the (phone) customer service and everything was efficiently fixed and clarified in less than 5 minutes. I definitely learnt my lesson: never ever go to the Lyngby branch for ANYTHING.
