Service was slow, witch ment we were kick out (you have the table for 2 hours) before we could get desert. It took them over 40 minutes to clear the table. The restaurant was not full. There is an vegetarian main course option, but it's a bruger with the type of fake meat that tastes like cheap hotdog meat. If you don't eat meat, just order side dishes instead of the vegge burger. The pasta starter is also very good.

Stopped in with a small group of colleagues. We were impressed with the atmosphere and tried a little bit of everything. Oddly enough the only thing I wasn't completely happy with was my steak, which I suppose isn't a good sign. I ordered a dry aged ribeye and it was not a great cut. I've enjoyed dry aged meat before and it had quite a bit of flavor. This one was fairly devoid of flavor and had quite a bit of unwanted parts of the cut.

It was a really nice evening, the service was outstanding, food was really good. we all order the same dried aged rib eye so I cannot provide a review on different options, but we were all more than happy. Amazing beer, we got also a Chianti bottle, wine was super thanks also to the sommelier. Recommended.

Honestly it's very fine steak. Prices are universally high but that's just Copenhagen. Ordinarily I'm not very in favor of places that heavily advertise Wagyu. Wagyu is its own experience and doing it doesn't mean they can do regular steaks well. But the American rib eye came out in near perfect condition.

We had a very nice long seating for an 18th birthday. Everything was good. Meat of course but also all the starters and sides are good. I would skip fries next time. As for desert. The chocolate mouse with sorbet (lemon) is amazing. The comte... Not so much, the "nut mix* is soggy and the home made crackers are death by huge crackers. The cheese itself is fine,but standalone not great as a dish. The cocktails, wine and service were 100% spot on! Thank you for a fun evening!

American steakhouse with booths. We were unlucky with our waiter, he didn’t know the menu which gave us sides that were not how he had described them, and the worst of it was a mixup with the kitchen which resulted in waiting for almost an hour to get our food. The manager came to apologize as well as many of the other staff members. Our waiter never apologized and blamed the kitchen for the mistake, when he brought the bread basket over just before the food arrived (which you would expect to receive after making the order). As compensation we received a glass of soda on the house and desserts. The steak was excellent though, and the cheesecake we asked to have to go was delicious.

Good steak house! I’m not sure if it’s worth all the hype though. If you want Copenhagen style restaurant, this is not it. Well, it says in the name “American steakhouse”, so jokes on me… Also, we were quite unlucky with the waiter. But because manager was very professional, I will not elaborate on the situation.

Simply one of the best places to eat in Copenhagen. This is one of their best locations, for ambiance and setting with a gorgeous old-American style. The steaks are wonderful - with quality levels to match some of the best steakhouses globally. They clearly take so much pride in their offering. Reasonable portion sizes, amazing sides, and a good wine list. The Danish ribeye is a standout star of the show thanks to its 90 day dry aging, and the macaroni and cheese is a great accompaniment. Pepper sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had in my life. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Nice location and great interior. Always welcoming and friendly staffs. Mainly meat but there is sea food too. You can try different countries meat and nice side dishes.

Everything was really good :) I have been there two times and looking forward to the next dinner there.

Mixed Feelings at MASH, Copenhagen Our experience at MASH in Bredgade, Copenhagen, was a mixed bag. The service was top-notch, fast, and without issues. The starters were tasty and got the meal off to a good start. However, the main course was a letdown. I ordered a pricey American bone-in ribeye expecting a medium-rare, juicy delight. Instead, it was more medium and lacked the desired tenderness, feeling dry and tough. Simply put, the steak did not justify its high cost. The overall quality at MASH does not match its prices, and for that reason, I would suggest considering other dining options in Copenhagen.

Amazing dinner, we had full course and it was a very good experience. Probably one of the Best starter I ever had, steaks were cooked really fast and we did not have to wait long. Very good atmosphere and friendly staff

I go there regularly on business trips. This time the food wasn't great. I asked for medium rare and I received medium well done. It was tender nevertheless. The steak was grossly under seasoned. The fat on the steak was nice and crispy. The spinach was very smooth and creamy, but also greatly under seasoned. The wine was good. The waiters we attentive. This is disappointing for such an expensive meal.

For an American-style steakhouse in Denmark, the food was pretty good. Transplant this place to NYC or LA and it probably gets three (out of five) stars. If you enjoy loud, obnoxious, intoxicated patrons, ask for a table where you sit next to those types of people, with nothing more than an elbow-high vinyl bolster separating you from your dining neighbors. I would have insisted on a separate booth had I known the people next to us would be loud and obnoxious…but I don’t hold that against MASH. My fave part of dinner was the digestif green chartreuse…love it neat, and I was happy MASH had it on hand. Overall good ambiance and decent food.

Very nice and warm restaurant. The meat is simply delicious and the waiters are really friendly and professional. If you like good meat and nice atmosphere this restaurant is a must try !

Quality of steak was good, however the service wasn't great.. We got our food before our drinks.. also a sneaky charge was added to credit card bill that wasnt advertised.. possible because we was foreigner's.

Amazing experience. I came here with a friend and we decided to go for the Mash Around the World, a three serving type of different and wonderful piece of meat. We had as a starter the pasta with burrata. What a wonderful start. Then, finally, the main course arrived. I was amazed by the taste of these pieces. I'm very satisfied with the dinner I had. I, unfortunately, had to put only a 3 stars on the atmosphere. I know it's not the restaurant fault, but still, next to us, there was a young couple making out for the whole dinner and even if I usually don't mind, this was a little bit too much.

So the food is definitely 5 stars but we had despite prior booking some time waiting and it wasn't a pleasant wait. Also even with the quality of the meat we found the food quite expensive. I think as a treat this restaurant is nice.

Very Good Space the food is well customized for personal need and desire. The Waiters and the team are very friendly the level of hygiene is on top. Very specious for Family or groups for events or family functions. It's kids friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend you visit mash bredgade you will love to be served in style and classic ❤️and won't be disappointed

I have been coming to MASH Bredgade for 8 years since I started my work at two foundations here. To me this is one of the two very serious steakhouses in Nordic countries. Having lived in Albuquerque NM, Chicago, IL and Houston, TX, I feel qualified to state that MASH is the place in Copenhagen to go to when you get the urge for a real steak.😋

What can I say about MASH but that the steaks are so awesome! Smaller portion compared to the ones you get in the U.S. but still very good. Excellent service and delicious sides. Love the oysters... Drinks are really good too!

Amazing steaks, the aged ribeye tasted heavenly, the Kobe and tenderloin were also outstanding. The wine was also really really good and the waiter that served us was lovely. Amazing food and amazing night.

Expensive but honestly GREAT meat. Try the “3 different meats” option. The only downside is the bernaise sauce…

Nice place, really good wine selection as well as steaks (that's what they are famous for)... but customer service could be better. I don't like it when the waiter hits your chair when serving you. And it's nice, you know, have them asking if you would like, for instance, more wine and other things like that which, actually, is a sign of a really good restaurant!

Wonderful experience, best steak and their cheesecake is a must try. Superb customer service all around.
