    The best, most fun and the only form of training I've been able to stick with! Thoroughly high spirits, super talented instructors who give it maximum gas and make you want to give yourself all the way. Then a smile on your face and sweat on your forehead is something for you, so try it!

    Absolutely fantastic form of training, with the best instructors. Jumping is for everyone. I myself have a bad back and whiplash, but that certainly doesn't stop me from jumping. I can definitely recommend it to everyone! :D

    Thought I'd give it a try (just like I've done about other sports) but hold on, it IS really cool. And it's true you laugh, get in a good mood, have a good time, sweat etc. etc. and best of all you feel WELCOME

    Really fun and fast-paced workout to good music. Jumping fitness Holbæk has a good and varied team of trainers, each with their own style, so there is plenty of opportunity to vary your training. With lots of teams every week and a subscription at an affordable price, there is a good opportunity to fit the training into a busy everyday life.

I love the good atmosphere - everyone is happy to jump, I love the energy I get from "jumping" and the community among the members. The fact that it is a combination of strength and cardio is just pure win win - at the same time as my fitness is improving and I can actually run now, my body has also become much more defined. Also like the concept that Jumping Fitness is for everyone, regardless of age, gender or basic shape. Everyone should stop by Jumping Fitness Holbæk and try an hour's "jump" :) (Original) Jeg kan ikke komme i tanke om noget, som ikke er fantastisk ved Jumping Fitness :) Jeg har nu “jumpet” i et lille år og bliver bare mere og mere begejstret for det. Jeg elsker den gode stemning - alle bliver glade af at hoppe, jeg elsker energien jeg får af at “jumpe” og fællesskabet blandt medlemmerne.     Jumping fitness Holbæk is the place where you can achieve your goals if YOU want to 💪🏻 I started in May 2018 and have since lost 8.6 kg, of which 7.95 kg is cool WUHU🙌🏻 my bodyage has decreased by 19 years, and I have lost 34.9 cm in total, of which 7 cm is in the waist Juuuuhhhhuuuu💃🏻 I am SO proud that I finally managed to get this far. I'm not sure it would have happened if you hadn't had your fantastic Jump in Holbæk, dear Malene ❤️

    A great way to get moving. It's both fun and hard and makes you sweat. Even though I have a bad back (herniated disc), knees and shoulders, I can jump. It's just so cool. It is a sport suitable for all ages.

    Super fun, really good instructor and fantastic energy. can't stop smiling at all. it's just too cool. my boys aged 8 and 11 also think it's great fun. You must definitely try this new Jumping fitness. can only be recommended.

    Super hard but super fun form of exercise. Sweet and helpful instructors. Good app for registering/deregistering in the teams, super easy in a busy everyday life. Have you died in div. forms of exercise so try this one, you won't regret it... 😁

    Simply the best way to vary strength training with cardio training! During the whole training you have a smile on your face! So cool ! Looking forward to jumping a lot more 😍
