you
want
bad
service,
because
at
Flugger
Farver
you
should
probably
consider
whether
you
are
interested
in
having
not
particularly
service-minded
ladies
employed
who
are
not
at
all
helpful
or
have
control
of
their
rules
and
service
in
this
difficult
Corona
time
here
and
I
have
not
experienced
more
miserable
help
despite
explaining
my
little
problem
which
I
would
like
to
have
solved
here
on
28
December
2020.
A
lot
of
excuses
for
having
to
help
and
the
fact
that
you
can't
even
investigate
whether
it
was
possible
to
help
with
the
little
problem
I
had.
In
return,
there
was
an
employee
in
Flugger
in
Lyngby
Rasmus
who
could
easily
solve
our
problem
of
finding
a
color
code
for
the
paint
we
were
looking
for,
it
took
him
5
minutes
come
on
what's
going
on???.
At
Flugger
på
svanevej
there
are
plenty
of
excuses
.....
Then
it
was
something
with
the
cvr.
number
sales
and
professionals
and
I
do
not
know
what
the
excuse
was
that
why
they
shouldn't
help
and
earn
some
money
for
the
company,
so
they
don't
have
to
do
anything
here
between
Christmas
and
New
Year.
It
is
sad
that
you
have
people
employed
in
a
company
that
is
not
worth
their
work.
You
have
to
help
as
best
you
can
instead
of
coming
up
with
all
sorts
of
explanations
why
it
wasn't
possible,
it's
a
service
industry
they're
employed
in,
in
case
they've
forgotten
that.
The
conversation
on
the
phone
was
also
quite
condescending
and
in
such
a
way
that
I
should
really
just
forget
what
I
was
doing
about
my
problem.
I
always
get
the
best
service
at
Flugger
at
TOM
GULDAGER
by
Niels
and
Tom
in
Store
Kongensgade,
but
funnily
enough
it
is
also
a
franchise
store
where
they
make
a
living
from
having
customers
who
come
again
and
again.
While
the
one
on
Svanevej
is
one
of
Flugger's
own
stores,
so
there
are
probably
some
employees
who
take
it
a
little
too
easy
and
too
easy
in
relation
to
making
sure
to
get
enough
money
in
the
coffers
for
the
group
and
one's
own
salary.
I
hope
this
review
is
taken
into
account,
because
it
is
just
not
good
enough
for
a
company
that
has
to
make
sure
that
it
makes
money
for
its
shareholders
that
there
are
employees
who
work
against
earning
opportunities.
