Cute pieces but the staff don’t seem happy to be there, they’re borderline rude. I never get great customer service, it feels like they’re annoyed if you ask questions or ask for help. I always want to stay longer to browse and try things on but it just feels uncomfortable to be in there.

The quality of the jewelry is very good, I have the earrings for a long time now and they are still in perfect condition! I am totally in love with all the cool designs of the jewelry, and the store is like a candyshop, a must go if you are in Canggu!

Cute jewellery, but please educate your staff in providing unbiased customer service. My friend was very kind to drop by your store to purchase some pieces for me on 29th June, but she shared that she was met with unpleasant treatment from the staff. For context, my friend and her husband are both East Asian. There was a stark difference in behaviour from the staff where they were especially attentive towards Caucasian customers, greeting and offering them help whilst my friend and her husband were treated as invisible. If that wasn't enough, the cashier rolled her eyes at my friend when she entered her card pin wrongly. I'd hate to use these words and they're strong words to use, but this is outright prejudice and discrimination. It's the 21st Century, so please have your staff get a reality check - if they've yet to be schooled, they should learn that such behaviour is actually frowned upon in today's society. This behaviour is absolutely disgusting and I wished my friend had told me this before making the purchase - I would've boycotted your store - no-one should have to experience such an experience be it subtly or outrightly. TLDR: They make cute jewellery, but be prepared to get served bigotry with your purchase.

Overall had a very good experience getting piercings here! Made an appointment to get my flat pierced. Booking online was easy, and their Whatsapp number was very responsive to the queries I had before my appointment. I asked if I could also add more piercings when I arrived there, and they were very accommodating. My appointment was last week, and when I got there, the place was very pretty. There was a separate room for the piercings, and I appreciated the privacy that provided. I was able to get my flat done (not as painful as I expected), a jewelry change to an existing conch piercing, then also decided to get my daith done. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get his name but my piercer was very thorough in explaining things related to healing, and how the piercing was positioned, and getting my buy-in before proceeding. All procedures were very hygenic and carefully done. A week after, I think the piercings are coming along nicely- they don’t hurt at all, which is a pleasant surprise. I got aftercare spray for free as well which I appreciated very much. The jewelry selection was beautiful, and I only wish that they also shipped piercing jewelry because I was only in the area for a vacation. Would recommend 10/10, one of the best piercing experiences I’ve had. Aside from that, the jewelry selection overall is beautiful, and they allowed me to use a code I won online in-store, which was very accommodating of them. A must-visit for jewelry lovers in Bali, will definitely be back to shop for more jewelry and perhaps get more piercings done for my ears.

Really glad I found this store, their pieces are cute (far from boring) especially their piercing earrings. Gonna comeback to spice up the ear party again for sure!

I was very dissapointed. The staff was very rude and judgy, they Roll Their eyes and gossip in Front of you. Today i went here with my bf and at the check the one employee gave a Side eye to the other colleague because of something he has said Or Done idc honestly. I felt very uncomfortable… its also very expensive, bad Energy overall

Just after one month our silver+18% gold bracelet changed color from yellow to white. In the shop girls said it is okey. So no warranty was given. This is not okey, we wanted thing with another color when we were buying.

I got two pricing here while in Bali, it was super clean and well priced! Would recommend if your looking for somewhere to get a pricing or some good guilty jewelry. The staff were also very helpful!

The customer service is horrible, they told me I don’t need to make an appointment for piercings, but I’ve walked in there 3 times and the piercer is never available. Every time I get a different answer and no clear communication

Loved the jewellery. Our group of six all bought something. Service was slow and not overly friendly. It is not clear that the price of earrings is for one , not a pair. My friend was not told this until order was completed and then it had to be sorted.
