I stumbled upon this hidden gem, a warung owned by a lovely husband and wife duo tucked away in an alley. The wife's warm welcome made us feel right at home. Don't be put off by the simple setup; being picky would mean missing out on a lot! Dining here turned out to be the best decision we made. The food was not only delicious but also prepared with utmost cleanliness. The service was beyond exceptional, more like a 6-star experience! They even let us sample the spiciness level before cooking, something even expensive restaurants often don't do. 💖 To top it off, the owner spoke excellent English. Tucked away between small shops in a back alley an tiny place. Two tables outside beside the charcoal grill two more people inside. The owner couple absolutely lovely people, nice chat while preparing our dishes. Fish or chicken, spicy or sweet? We decided to go for “manna”, that means spicy. Watching the boss grill the fish, standing besides the grill with a beer in the hands it was served. For the taste I can only say “wow”! Very spicy, as ordered and absolutely delicious. Forget the fancy restaurants on the Main Street. If you want real local atmosphere, fresh caught seasonal fish, cooked in real home style with amazing taste, this is the place to find and to go to. Absolutely 100% recommended!

No regret of visiting this place at all!! Absolutely loved the food. It was one of the best grilled fish I have ever tried. Went there a couple of times because I couldn’t have enough of the food. Food portion is good and the price cheap. If you come across this restaurant don’t miss. The nice lady took our infant and played with her so that we can enjoy our food.

If you love simple and delicious food you'll love this place! Fantastic spicy sauce on grilled fish (or chicken or tofu). Welcoming hosts, and quaint setting just off the main road which is thankfully a lot more quiet! Highly recommend.

Highly recommended!! We had the fish and chicken, and they were both absolutely delicious! They happily accommodated my daughter not eating anything spicy - she rated her chicken two thumbs up. Also run by lovely people.

Great food. The sambal manna was delicious and everything was cooked to perfection. They only have two fish or chicken dishes, one of them less spicy. So not much to choose from, which was a good thing. The owner couple were the nicest people.

Incredible food great service affordable and feels much more authentic then the more tourist focused places nearby. Staff also let us try the different sauces too make sure they werent too spicy for us - which it was for me so i appreciated that :)
