the place is clean, there is security on guard 24 hours, the boarding house is 2 floors, there is a swimming pool with clear water, in each room there is a kitchen and bathroom inside, the room is quite spacious, recommended for college students or those who are already working, but maybe contact the staff to check room availability, because it may be full

Quiet, convenient, and relatively inexpensive. It has all the basic amenities such as hot shower, local/international tv channels, free wifi, small kitchen, altogether with a spacious bathroom. Electric bills are paid independently using token cards, and it also keeps a small swimming pool inside. Apart from the fact that it might be far from common tourist sites, it is still a pleasant home.

Nice people, but the building is rotting and nobody cares. Since 2 months the ceiling of my bathroom looks really bad.<br/>I can’t speak a lot of bahasa and the very friendly manager doesn’t speak English. So my bathroom and kitchen keep on rotting and producing dangerous mushrooms on the walls.

I've been lived in JJ for 3 months with my cat. I have very private room under the stairs, and so comfortable. All the facilities is here, wifi, hot and cold water, TV with international channels, and of courses pet friendly.

Pretty convenient. Good for sleep, close to the city center. Water heater is not working

Too many rules

I really love it🫶🫶🫶🫶 how comfortable it is, the management is really good, always fast🥲 so sad I can't stay there 😭
