very close to this shop there a exchane money and they steal people’s money!! I’m pretty sure that the store is aware of that because we saw the guy going there.. the prices in this exchange are very good and we understood how they steal: they change your money in small note so you have a bunch of notes.. then you star to count.. and then the guy just take some of the money, they do it very fast while you are counting because they divide the money to be easier to count..

Bad experience. My wife loves Lily Jean design. We used to visit the one in the Seminyak. We visited a branch in Changgu today(around 2PM 9 Sep. 2023). The retailers were lazy to treat customers and never greeting to customers. More over, they laughed at customers. They need to re-train how to treat customers from the basic seriously or find other job. I will visit once again and update comment shortly. ==================================================== Update(at 11 Sep 2023): As the reply from Made, Lily Jean ower, I haved called three times at 10 Sep 2023. However. nobody answer twice. Someone picked-up. But it seems she was on the street or riding bike with very noise street sounds. So, there was no discussion. @Made, Do you want me to call you again?

Lovely lovely ladies who helped me with everything I tired on. Gave positive but honest feed back and when it came time to buy items they made sure to ask me to check the quality to assure I was happy with everything and nothing was damaged from beading etc love this store and always have. Will deff come back just based of the quality of service and product.
