We walked by the place on Kuta beach and saw the website info. After looking at reviews we decided to give it a try here. And it’s completely worthy! My instructor was super helpful and encouraging. I am new to surfing but I did enjoy the session very much even though I didn’t did so well with rough waves later 😂. Other people in the company are also very nice. We also had a chance to enjoy nice music from their band while having a break 😋. Surfing class with Bali surf class is one of the best experiences we had in Bali trip and I highly recommend to surf with them!

6 out of 5 stars! We could not have wished for better surfing instructors. You get one on one instructions, first a short bit of theory on the beach and off you go. In two hours they will teach you to stand up on your board and catch your first exciting waves. Then they will proceed to give you tips, explain the tides and waves to make you better and better. This group of brothers and friends will not only teach you to surf in no time, they will make you laugh and have a good time too! These guys are excellent, we highly recommend to look no further and book your surfing lesson here. You can find them online to book or just pay them a visit on the beach. Pricewise they are very fair too, no need to haggle or anything, they are definitely worth what they are asking. They will even help you if you need to rent a scooter for a good price. Thanks guys, we really enjoyed it!

After being ripped off by another surf school in Kuta we found these guys on TripAdvisor. Simply put these guys are the best! They looked after our 2 young daughters and had them up standing and surfing immediately, they knew their stuff and passed on their knowledge to our daughters over the course of 6 days. The patience they had, the knowledge, the friendliness was beyond amazing and they even gave the girls extra time on most days. I cannot thank them enough for making my daughters fall in love and become obsessed with a new sport. Do yourself a favour and book this experience, for my daughters it was life changing.

I highly recommend BSL! We took a lesson today and they were super friendly, had very good teaching skills and overall very hospitable. My instructor “K” has been a surfer for years and made me feel comfortable and confident. I managed to acquire fun surfing skills today! Thank you BSL! We will come back :)

I had my holiday in Bali in September this year. What kind of holiday would it be without surfing ?! I found BSL while walking along Kuta beach. My instructor Jerry was very professional and friendly! He taught me a lot of things about the waves, how tides work and how to manage in the water with smaller or bigger waves. I Strongly recommend !!! For both surfers : beginners or someone who has already tried it before !!

We booked 2 x 2h Surf classes for beginners because we had so much fun! After 1h of Class we were able to catch many waves and stand on the boards. Our Guides were very good at explaining and improving our movements. We will come back to this Surf School in our next Bali Vacation ☺️

Very wonderful people and open, before you begin your surfing they first go through the basics on land. Then the instructor goes with you in the water and spots the Waves for you and gives a little push. I enjoyed it very much and they are very Nice People!

For a lady of 52 years this new experience was so much fun ! The instructor very patient and knowledgeable...fun guy to learn from! Totally recommend for a beginner wanting to give it a go 🏄‍♀️

It was the best school with the best experience. Coach Robi is amazing. He taught me in an easy-to-understand manner, even though I was 56 years old and had no prior knowledge and suddenly decided to try surfing for the first time. They taught me tricks and movements at the beach, and helped me ride safe waves at the right time in the ocean. Robi chooses good waves and pushes the board at the right time. I stand up and ride the wave. I was able to do this in about 2 hours. Robi is very friendly, so we had a lot of fun conversations and became good friends. The other staff members, Eric and Perry, were also very kind and we had a great time. After finishing, please ask him on his bike. School → Hotel near the airport (check out) → Lunch together at his favorite local restaurant → Hotel in Seminyak The two of us rode together on his motorcycle, including our suitcases, for about 15km. (I later found out that the price he asked for was a whopping 25% of the motorcycle taxi fare from Seminyak to the airport, and I regretted it so much that I should have paid more.) I highly recommend Bali Surf Class if you're looking to get a lesson in Kuta. These group of instructors provided fantastic instructions and service and I had an incredible experience with them. Can't wait to come back
