Peaceful and beautiful vihara in Kuta. One of the most popular in Bali. The vihara has new parking space behind the builing so make it more convenience.

One of the Buddhist temples on the island. The temples architecture and color combination date back to the 19th century. Although this is prominently a Buddhist shrine, it hosts a multitude of deities including the primary three gods in the Indonesian culture: The Trimurti. The entry is free and the place is serene, very peaceful and worth visiting.

A famouse vihara close to Kuta beach and Joger. Always busy especially in Sacred Days or big ceremonies, like Chinese New Year. You can get blessings from the Monks there. Many statues for prayers here, including Kwan Im and 4-faced Buddha. This age-old Chinese Buddhist temple was one of the various Buddhist sites in Bali visited by Tibet’s 14th Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso, on his international tour in 1982. It is founded in 1876. The street where the temple located is always busy. It has their own parking lot on the back of the temple.

Beautiful, relaxing, peaceful old Chinese Buddhist temple hidden on Jalan Blambangan. Vihara temple is wellworth visiting. The decor is well preserves, the temple assistant is amicable and friendly. A great place to learn about Chinese Buddhist history and influence in Bali. Best by yourself or with friend, avoid tour for/to this temple.

One of the 5 Buddhist temples in Bali, very beautiful and well maintained. It has a long history dated back to 1876 and it was visited by Dalai Lama in 1982. A perfect escape of busy Bali traffic!

Nice buddhist temple. This is the correct address, there are 2 location, one of which is totally incorrect. We pumped into this temple by accident while driving around. It’s so quiet and peaceful. I like to see it when the sun already sets since they would light up all the lanterns. Would be a bit crowded if you go in the morning

Been to this temple many times since 2003. The staff are very friendly, Priest called “pemangku” are very helpful. The temple look very beautiful, especially after the current renovation. I love the statues at the front gate. New temple to pray to Kwam In Goddes. Room for wedding blessing also look very fresh and slightly bigger. Temple also really instagramable. We had lots of good photo spot here. The temple also very peaceful and such good place to stay calm. Most of my wedding client really love this temple.

The temple is very beautiful. Its a quick visit without any entry fees. Do visit if you want to experience some calmness. The temple is on a busy street so its easy to miss. Its not very crowded so we had a good time exploring.

As Buddhist temples go, not so charming. But an authentic, working place of worship for the area faithful
