    We go there 2 people, and rent a small room for 2 hours. But they force us to buy 2 drink, that the receptionist said it a must for renting the room. I never meet another karaoke that force customer to buy a drink, beside the drink here is expensive.

    Great place to hangout with friends. But unfortunately the waiting time to be served by receptionist could be ridiculously long. When I got there a lady was in front of us and she took so long to decided what she wants. So it's not fully the management fault but seriously, get more staff ready on the front desk. Overall great experience tho, good room, reasonable price and complete song list.

    A nice place. Good service. Clean rooms. Not as popular as Happy Puppy - maybe due to the kareoke system not having as good a selection. Buy, the plus is, no ques, and plenty of rooms free. Better for the whole family here.

    It's okay, the songs are updated but mostly I find songs that aren't original (sound or music video) and for me it's a bit disturbing. The people are welcoming and friendly.. It's not to pricey and it actually shows on the sound system and their rooms. Overall, it's a good place to hang out.

    This place is good for family gathering and karaoke. Sound system, hospitality, rest room, musholla, parking area are all well-served. Even so, the last time we went there, the trainee wronged in giving the detail payment. For Nav's crew please make sure the trainee is good before serving the guests.

    nice place, they have a lot of japanese, korean and mandarin songs collection, other songs as well. the location a bit difficult to find though

    The place is good enough and affordable price. But, I can sing the song what I want, not all song is available in this place. Some of the facilities need to be repaired such as wall and sofa. Thank you.

    What I love about NAV is the price. Its worth it compared to their services and quality. But at some point thats all you got. Not the best one, but ok.
