I decided to come here because of the good review in google. Drg Nadya handled my tooth problem. The work done was good (only time can tell) but she is not as friendly as written on the review. Then i thought she must be one of those who is friendly and kind to tourists/westerner but diminished the locals. I sensed her arrogance in her way when we had conversation about my tooth problem. She chatted continuously with the assistant when working on my tooth (yes, over my open-mouth face). I found this far from being professional and friendly. Upon payment, the reception offered me a discount voucher for future visit (i asked-it expired in one month), in return for me to give 5 stars review in google. I felt this is so low and i understood why they have good review despite the unprofessional service that i experienced. Any seller or service providers who begged for 5star on their reviews, are just unfair - i cant praise this manipulative process. This is like bribing customer for the interest of increasing sales instead of putting customer satisfaction first. I didnt take the voucher and said thankyou. In the beginning i decided not to write this review despite my disappointment, but i thought this could be beneficial for Bali in general whoever had business or work in service area, to never adopt this system in getting customer reviews. Everyone should be let to leave their honest review without being influenced by any means of incentives. And everyone likes sellers who are more cusomer oriented.

I was doing roor canal treatment. Dr.Nadya is good, very careful and attentive to details. I like her .She is real professional. You can trust her. SHE is absolutely interested to do her best to help. She treated my neighbour tooth with pain after root canal treatment for free cause she wanted me to stop suffering. I think this clinic is the best. Quality and price is excellent 🔥

Got assigned to a warm and professional drg. Christopher for retainers. Did scaling and polishing before taking my teeth mould; it was done very efficiently and effectively. The prices for the retainers are also very reasonable, taking just a couple of days. Thank you for shipping my retainers on a PH (Kuningan) so they will reach me before my flight the next morning, dok! :)

Friendly staff and good service. Doctor is really good with the communication and explaining about the patient needs. Did my braces here and so far this is the best dental clinic in the town
