I have been 10 mos. A little rocky in the beginning due to office and maintenance people. They are doing a good job of trying to fix the problems from before. New office and maintenance folks. Owners are on-site every day. They have been friendly and kind to me. The rates are reasonable.

I stayed here and it was the best motel for the price and location ...rooms were clean office was friendly overall a great experience..highly recommended!!!

If I could rate this dump less than one starit would be less. Out dated,roaches,and very dirty. Definitely. not worth as low as 10 bucks a night( 50-65 bucks, depending on front or back rooms)

had to give this place at least one start to write a review. I wouldn't have given it half a star. paint peels off the walls, there's holes in the wall receptacles missing where there should be a plug-in, bathroom doors do not shut, even if they went through and cleaned it with a steam cleaner you wouldn't be able to tell because it's so grungy and dirty. plus they throw you out if you have a visitor. stay , warning, stay far far away!

Carpet was super dirty. The toilet was broke half the time. The microwave went out and I asked for a new one and they didn't bring a microwave. The shower didn't have a shower head to we're the water flooded the bathroom. People knocking on doors at one am.. being loud and inconsiderate to people asleep. And they didn't do a job housekeeping while I had my stay. And the phone didn't work.

At the Clayton house motel there was Peace and solitude for the weekends of my stay. Being a lower-priced motel with affordable weekly rates the courtesy extended was surprising. I did have a problem but they did extend professional courtesy and that is much appreciated. If you happen to be on a budget and you need a place to stay I suggest the Clayton House Motel. Convient and close to area Banks and Groceries stores as well as fitness centers and eateries.

You know there's a lot of complaints that you guys fired me for for the wrong reason and now you have a break in so I'm going to try to steal the cash register you know I was fixing that place up and I cared about the place

It used to be nice. They first gave me a room that was being remodeled,or it had a water leak,then sent me to another room that already had people in it, then the 3rd room wasnt ready,they had to make up the bed & get clean towels,clean the room. It is infested with roaches crawling on the walls, & on the TV while u try to watch it. The toilet leaks water & the shower doesnt work correctly. My first time in a LONG time since i stayed there, i will not be going back. And it was $64+ tx + a $6 charge for the credit card machine. $71 total.

I rented for a week. The rooms are run down. Filthy. Roaches. And the drug people stay up all day and night. I found a drug needle behind night stand when I dropped some change. Used. They refused to give back.my money

I once rented a room here needed it for a week they showed us a room before I paid then told me it wasn't a weekly room and was a higher price it didn't look bad though so I said fine give me the other room upon opening the door the carpet appeared to be moving the roaches where everywhere except for back in the car thats where I slept the person working told me they couldn't give me a refund and the manager refused to give me all of .my money back is not worth the money you save management was less than helpful as management was less than helpful as dirty hypodermic needles and a glass pipe on the ground by the ice machine, dirty hypodermic needles, and a glass pipe on the ground by the ice machine

If i could give zero stars i would this place is roach infested. Rats and mice come out from underneath the stairs as soon as night falls. The mice play in the hallways and the rats scratch at your door at night as if you own a pet that needs inside.

I've just started out on my own. You hear things from time to time but my stay here has been comfortable thanks to hard working staff. Theyve made it possible for me to be in a location im able to get to and from work and everything I need can be found right across the street at Denton Center. Thanks for your help Clayton House.

Nora is the best! She makes sure that all customers are helped and does a great job keeping up the property and making sure we are safe!

No cable TV but instead they have onn TV where it's through the WiFi and when you are watching a show you'll miss half the show cause it buffering to much, I don't know where the maintenance guys get there training from but a 10 year old could do a better job no water pressure from the sink it just drips out, room was just dirty and roaches but with the rate there charging you could do better at holiday inn

For $70 you can have. Roaches all over. Beds with stains all over them. Carpet with holes, and so much more. I would not recommend.

When I started years ago, it wasn't the best I've been strain here since September, and honestly, I have watched them work their butts off to make everything better. The rooms are clean, the staff is awesome, people don't randomly knock on your door because they have gotten rid of the riff raff. I have grown to call this hotel my home, and I honestly love it here.

Such a great place for me to see my FRIENDS AND MOST IMPORTANT people of my life. Loved the pool and its in a very close proximity to a GAME room...$$$.I was close to my psychotic mother who Is being loved by DR&N just behind Krogers. And I am able to take her to NTFR for bingo

Great staff ..not the best but it gets the job done for what it's designed to do..I see there making improvements this place has a lot of potential next time I'm in town I'll definitely will be back..bed was comfortable..great tv channels room was decent
