I have been to this place many many times and always enjoy it here. Great if you and your family are trying to do a picnic or a birthday party, lots of spots to choose from. You can also fish from the pond. There is a short trail or a long trail you can choose from. The children’s playground is huge and the kids always have fun there. Also has a basketball court and restrooms! Beautiful little walking trail park in Denton!

Good park with couple of trails, and a small pond for people who are interested in fishing. Have a few picnic areas for relaxation and spending time. There is a party area and couple of barbecue grills, benches to enjoy the nature view. The trails are long and good for walking. It also has a children’s park with play area with in.

Nice park with a great playground.

The park is a nice park with 4 picnic tables. There is one Charcoal grill. There's a huge playground called Eureka in the park. There is a basketball court with 3 goals. The park does have a building that has men's and women's restrooms. At the edge there is a nature trail. If you use a Garmin to get to the park it doesn't know where the entrance is and thinks it's along Teasley.

Awesome park. It has an awesome playground for the kids, basketball courts, pavilions, multiple nature trails, and gorgeous views hidden right in plain sight. A good place to find a nice shady spot for a picnic. Updated 6/24/2022: the park is still awesome, but it's hot out now! Remember to wear sunscreen and bring some water to keep your trip fun! The park is also beautiful at night for a stroll.

Beautiful park, perfect for picnics and general outdoors activities! I especially like sitting by the ponds and listening to the frogs croak. Also if you're a dog owner/lover, this is a great place to be.

Great park for all ages. Even on busy days when it seems a little difficult to find parking, the playground isn’t overly crowded. The walking path is beautiful and makes a loop that’s about 1.5 miles. There are basketball courts and one sand volleyball court. The littles playground has a little shade, not a ton though.

This is a great little park. Nice size with plenty of open space, shaded places, trails to walk, a playground. The paved trail is in great shape for roller activities and biking. The bridges are a little bit rough on skates, but not terrible.

This park has a bit of everything for everyone. The paved jogging path is beautifully maintained and a good length. There is also a set of trails (cluster of wooded paths, not paved) on the east side of the park. The playground is unmatched for this area; just so many fun options. There are a few large covered pavilions available. Also, the pond there seems to be very popular for fishing, although I just appreciate it for the ambiance it provides.

Beautiful and clean park! Ran on some paved trails today and it was spacious and scenic. Appreciated the markers on the ground to track mileage! Played some basketball here and they have multiple great courts. There’s an adventure playground for kids that looks so fun haha. Wish I did it :p definitely coming back to explore the hiking trails and run/ hoop!

Make sure you make a reservation and make sure you bring a copy of it , I had 4 different people trying to tell me that they had that spot reserved when clearly I did, but other than that the spot was nice and clean and very spacious. Very reasonable to reserve too! Playground was nice and clean as well as bathrooms very nice park

This park is fantastic. Kids love it. There always seems to be some kind of vendor there selling ice cream or coffee, during the weekend. It has a zip line and plenty of places for kids of all ages. Very well designed.

This is a lovely park. It has trails for walking, jogging, biking, etc., a playground, lots of benches, a few grills, bathrooms, and plenty of trash cans throughout. There's a small dock with seating; there's always someone fishing. It's a great place to sit and watch the ducks and herons.

Lovely to watch the ducks, go for a walk on the nature trail, or enjoy the outdoor sports areas. You can play volleyball, basketball, tennis, and just about anything else in the grassy areas. My daughter and I tried to fly a kite one spring here. We often bring lunch here to enjoy on the weekends. Note: they recently updated the bathrooms and cleaned them really well. Hopefully it stays clean!

Excellent park and trails. Keep your sweet animal on a leash though.

Great park with natural beauty, paved trails for running, playground, restrooms and picnic area. Lots of dogs on leashes. Clean and quiet.

This is a very nice park for many different activities, but it needs twice as much parking. The pavilions are shady and accommodate fairly large groups.

This park is much better to be at since they remodeled it. There is always a crowd, but it’s much easier to keep up with your kid, or kids, than before. The wood is also a lot nicer so no more splinters.

Nice big play area for kids of all ages. It also has lawn tennis courts, basketball court, walking trail, picnic tables, a small lake and also public restrooms. Decent sized parking area and an EV charging station as well. Wonderful place for a family outing and picnic.

This is one of my favorite parks, and even though I don’t live walking distance from it, I still make the drive when I can. The biggest draw for me is the trails — a nice 2-3 mile paved loop (can be shorter too if you cut across the middle connector trail) plus a section of nature trails (1-2+ miles depending what route you take). So I could go for walks and runs no matter the weather. It’s also a great family friendly park with big playground, basketball court, and bathrooms. And lots of parking space. People fish in the lake too. Definitely worth the drive for a day in the park or a nice trail workout!

This is a great family park. Lots of stuff for the kids and grandkids. I have taken my now grown girls here since it opened. Hiking, enjoying the little lakes, the play forts and picnics!

A large park with low paved paths, a fine playground with wooden features. This park is well-maintained.

🫤 The playground really isn’t suitable for kids ages 1-3. The pavement is out of sticks of some sort. Be very careful if your child runs they are prone to hiring the concrete. I don’t know why would they have this playground on a hillside my child damn near rolled down the hill. It is a clean park id...

😐 The playground is great! Fun and well kept. but the surrounding community feels a bit sketchy, mostly because there were several homeless looking people smoking near by and more kept coming the hour we were there. I felt uncomfortable
