We had a wonderful tour at this beautiful historic home! Jennifer was so patient and friendly. Great with our 5 yr old, showing her the kitchen and how butter was made in the old days. Thank you for a great experience!

I loved taking this tour today. The tour guide named Jim was very kind and informative. Please keep up the amazing work Jim! 😊 Everything in the house was lovely by the way, made me wish I had a cozy Victorian home like this. 😊

Very creative and thoughtful to do for the community. Fun for all ages! We really enjoyed the scavenger hunts. Brought our extra books for trade and duck food like the other reviews suggested.

Wonderful experience. The volunteers are extremely knowledgeable, and were amused by my Service Dog getting a Vibe! We went for a Halloween tour, and will definitely be returning for the complete tour in the near future.

This house is a nice place to visit. It is a very old house and I came to know many things how it was made and how was the life during that time. What interest me the most was... 🤔 ? Well, here you will find old home features that have faded into history. (1)Mustache Cups 🍵:- In the Victorian era the men with the mustaches used special cups pragmatically known as mustache cups. These specially made cups had guard on them which prevented a man's mustache from dipping into their warm cup of tea 😄☕ (2)Ice box :- Before the invention of electric refrigerator ice boxes were the common home appliance used to keep food cold . It's a non- mechanical refrigerator that worked by placing a large block of ice🧊 in a compartment at the top ,and the cold air from the ice would circulate down to keep the food in the lower compartments cool. People had to regularly replace the melted ice , usually by buying new ice from an iceman🙋.
