This is a fantastic "wooden"-style playground (it uses the fake composite wood, so it'll last longer and keep bees away). Tons of things to climb, swing, and slide on.

The bathroom facilities are well maintained and so is the rest of the park. I tend to go here for the walking trail and to go fishing. It's a wonderful park for children (large playground) and also has outside pavilions -with electricity - for your get togethers 🎉

I love this park! It’s clean with plenty of paved and unpaved walking space. Plenty of parking. There are two medium to large size ponds (or are they small lakes?) with fish and ducks. They have a playground too. To the left of the playground, across the grass is the entrance to the unpaved trails. It’s so nice! I am not sure exactly how to get there, but if you take one of the narrow dirt trails you will find this little village of gnomes someone built. If you enjoy nature walks, wildlife, photography, or have kids then this park is the place to go!

This park was awesome. Only issue we had was it was super busy. We did go on a Sunday though just after 3pm. Having a child that needs extra attention and as little audio distractions as possible almost made it kinda too much for her at times. Even though she persevered and ended up being thevhardest one to get back into the car which goes to show even though it was a bit overwhelming she had a good time and got to take home a lot of experiences interacting with others which is really a crucial tool for her development

We absolutely love this park. There is something for everyone, a basketball court, tennis court, valleyball court, nature trails paved trails and of course the playground. You can even go fishing if that's something you like to do. They also have grills if you want to make a full day off it! This is the best park in denton hands down. Take your kids or go alone, there is literally something for you, I promise! **Not my drawing. It was something at the park by a very talented artist so I decided to share.

Very nice big park! Lots of activities for kids to play on for hours. My nephews loved it 👍🏻

All excellent except for one little detail.....TOO CROWDED! I recommend avoiding the most popular times to take your children to the park unless you welcome the socialization (and the correlating hightened contagious infectious disease risks). It IS one of the nicest children playgrounds I have ever visited.

What a cool park! I may have had a more fun tring to make the kids barf on the merry-go-round, but hey, they were chanting to go faster! The zip line was a big hit too!

Great inclusive park with adaptable equipment for all different needs. Beware of the big kids who like to bulldoze equipment at times. Just keep close to your kids and it shouldn’t be a problem.

There is so much to do! My 2 year old loves it. I tried to keep him in the little area but he insisted on trying everything. It turns out, he can do a lot more than I gave him credit for.

My kids love this park. Their favorite is the zip line. I wish they had two though. But other then that restrooms was clean. An the playground was a blast. Lots of friendly kids. My kids started playing tag an other kids asked to join in of course my kids said yes.

One of the best playground parks in all of north Texas. Very large. Great smaller sections for toddlers to stay separated from bigger kids. Plenty of seating for parents. This playground is hard to see your kid when you stay seated though. Get ready for a work out if you have to keep up and keep watch over your kid.

Best park in the area! Ice cream truck is there all day (though it’s a little overpriced) there’s an amazing trail (easily over a mile) small zipline, basketball court, tennis courts, lots of swings, and public restrooms.

This is a very good park for the kids, there is so much for all ages that will keep them entertained and it’s very well maintained that this is my first choice for parks to take the little ones to. Highly recommend this park to anyone and there’s plenty of things around here besides the park alone. Your kids will love it here!

Great place to take the kids. Besides the games, it is clean and fenced. Yes! Fence! It seems that food and drinks are not allowed and that is a big plus because there are no flies. So, please....keep it that way if you happen to take your kids here.

Used to come here as a kid and got to take my son for his first park adventure! Still amazing as I remember it and super clean. Saw a lot of parents with their kids and we had a great time!

We love this park. Very enjoyable for kids of all ages. 4 stars because some of the equipment can be updated. Tire swings for example. Overall, great park for the whole family.

Been coming since my kids were little. It's a great park and feels safe during the day.

Super fun park with plenty of activities for older (10+) and younger (under 10) kids, including a zip line! Two separate playground areas for Littles and older as well. A bit crowded, but not too crazy. A few picnic areas with tables to enjoy a meal, and also nice areas by the pond if you bring a blanket. Ice cream trucks will sometimes show up for dessert as well!

My kids and I have been visiting here for several years. We were there just after it was built and still love to go after the remodel. Lots of activities at the playground and long trails to walk make for great days if the weather will hold out. We recommend the woods trail and a stroll around the pond. If you have dogs you can run them in the open fields by the park. If you like my review please toss me a like! Im trying to rank up here and its tough😋

Zip line is always down to one. The swing squeak so much it's really lost a lot of charm since the make over. The grounds are nice and the trail volleyball court look great

I believe I already did this review under south lake but just in case….this park is much better to be at ever since they remodeled it. The wood is better so no more splinters, and it’s easier to keep up with your child than before.

Awesome playground and park. My 4 and 6 year old love going here to play, especially on the zip line! The park is well maintained and has easy access to trash cans and restrooms.

Great park. Excellent place to bring your kids after day care. Has a few areas for kids to play and places for parents to comfortably sit.

Me and a few friends went to this park for a party. It was well kept and there was plenty of space. There is also a gazebo thing off towards the back and we spent the majority of our time there. The playground was very nice too. (We played around on it later in the evening and even though we were 15-17 we could still fit and use most, if not all, of the equipment). The only issue was that the GPS of our grubhub couldn't find the park : (

👍👍 This is a regular hiking spot for me and my puppy dog. Gorgeous trails surrounded by lush woods and gargantuan cottonwood trees. Very peaceful and serene. 🫤 The playground really isn’t suitable for kids ages 1-3. The pavement is out of sticks of some sort. Be very careful if your child runs they are prone to hiring the concrete. I don’t know why would they have this playground on a hillside my child damn near rolled down the hill. It is a clean park id...

😐 The playground is great! Fun and well kept. but the surrounding community feels a bit sketchy, mostly because there were several homeless looking people smoking near by and more kept coming the hour we were there. I felt uncomfortable
