I was looking for a new Jeweler to have my rings cleaned & polished w/o feeling nervous of a new place and I found one!!! Unbeknownst to me, Janissa told me two of my prongs were broken & lend me the loop to see for myself. Caleb the jeweler came in spoke to me about repairs & assured me that my precious rings will be fine. Two weeks later I picked up my rings and they are as beautiful as the day my husband gave them to me!!! Falls Jewelers have a new customer for life!!! Your honest and your fast service is superb. Extremely welcoming and kind. I wasn’t dressed for this trip and had thought about coming back at a letter time, glad I decided to pop in despite my being severely under dressed. As soon as I hit the door I was greeted and asked if there was anything I needed help , talked for about 20 minutes about a few options and never once did I feel like I was on a back burner or not taken serious, these people are far better then most jewelry stores, even there own other branches! Genuinely looking forward to my next visit!

An accident at the table resulted in the figure detaching from the cross. Suzanne took concerned care in discussing it with the jeweler and proving the explanation and estimate. She was so caring in safeguarding the crucifix and it was expertly repaired and turned as scheduled. FALLS in Kannapolis is my "go to" for everything jewelry and watch!
