    Let's add onto this review. I attached my email order with pick up time, i attached photos of my melted smoothies that were sitting out when I got there at 1:47 and I also attached the tickets that show the time of them made. absolutely ridiculous that you have yet to address my previous concerns about sitting shakes out on the table. My drinks were made well over 10 mins prior to my pick up time. disappointed last time, even more so this time. this will absolutely be my last time coming here. I'm very disappointed with changes they've made recently. Not only do I go there during my lunch break, so do my co-workers & they seemed just as displeased as I am. I have always put in an order for online to make it a quick stop which ultimately I would still have to wait in line just for my things to be handed to me as soon as I got to the register but understood since it was during lunch time. Last time I went, I went in as normal, waited just to be told that my pick up order was "over there" as she pointed to my smoothie sitting on a corner high top table in the far corner directly where the sun shines in. A printed sign was taped to table but you couldn't see it through the crowd of people waiting. So a few things about this solution they think is appropriate for pick up orders. 1. My order is left completely unattended. My drink shouldn't ever have left from behind the work station until I came to pick it up and was handed over the counter to me, that should be against health codes & I'm almost positive it is. Anything perishable should be kept in a cool area & not left out 2. My smoothie was melted. - why ? not only is the traffic outside crazy due to new construction going on in that plaza. However this morning, my coworker arrived on time for her smoothie which was already out on the table & had melted which means they don't even follow the pick up time to make sure it doesn't happen. Either way, I understand its busy. The better solution especially for your customers would be to have a online pick up station at the counter with someone assisting those orders since the online orders have a much greater volume. I never had a problem when they pulled my smoothie out of the cooler when i got there, it was still a smoothie & not melted. The Manager remade mine because she could even see how bad it was melted. Unless this is changed, I wont go there anymore & I can promise you my coworkers are feeling the same.

    Updated review: February 2023, this was my favorite location. Now it's getting out of control, missing ingredients to meals and missing side items, and staff complaining in front of family and me and other customers while making our food horrible. Last, they never have spoons. This place went from a five-star to a 2 star in a year.

    Worst experience ever!! I'm a secret shopper in my spare time, but wasn't shopping this particular store, but God how I wish I was. I Went there after leaving the gym, famished, and the employees completely ignored me. Not 1 of them but ALL of them! I stood there for 5 minutes and not a word was uttered. I went to my car and came back and still not a good morning or welcome of any sort. When I asked for the manager, the young lady went to the back and came back to the front, but with no manager. I could hear them laughing in the back, so I called the store while I was in it. When they answered, they claimed they couldn't hear me and that I was on the phone with a manager, not knowing I was right in front of the store. I walked back in and told them I could see them. She then said that no one told her a customer needed a manager. The lady that was on the phone claiming to be a manager hung up and walked to the front, and a man (who previously walked in and had a pleasant exchange with the employees) came forward asking who was on the phone. After I identified myself, and told him what happened, he gave a weak apology, as if he couldn't understand my frustration and asked what he could do for me. As if I would actually spend my money there for food after that!! Ruined my entire morning. I can't say it's because I'm Black either, because outside of the man I spoke with, all the other employees were Black women!! I have no idea who the actual manager is either. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE!!!! They don't deserve the business!

    I have no choice but to give it a star, but is not deserving of it. I placed my order online, and it was ready when I arrived. I guess that’s the good thing, however; as soon as I walked in there was a bad smell 🤢. The employees didn’t seem happy to be there. There were no napkins so I had to ask for some. The whole environment was just so dirty. I wanted to ask for my money back but judging by the lack of enthusiasm it was going to be a challenge. The owner of this location should really evaluate his establishment and employees. 🙏🏼 Hopefully we don’t get sick from this food.

    DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff doesn’t care about its customers, the cafe looks dirty, their current health score is a 96. If you read the reviews you will see that this is a trend. Don’t give them your money. Here’s what happened with me: I placed an online order for pick up today. I ordered th Baja chicken wrap and a smoothie. When I took my wrap back to the office to eat which is about a Five minute drive, the wrap was cold to the touch. When I decided to take a bite, the wrap was crunchy. I looked inside the wrap and saw that the rice wasn’t cooked all the way. It was crunchy. I tried calling the location to let them know what happened, but the phone just kept ringing and ringing. After multiple failed attempts to reach them via phone, I then decided to drive back. After I got to the register I explained to the cashier what had happened and his response was “so you want me to remake it for you?”. No apology, no empathy, clear lack of concern for what happened. When I asked to speak with a manager he said I am. I explained how upsetting it was for me to waste my lunch break for this. He said “ he can understand how upsetting it can be when things aren’t made up to par” yet again no apology or empathy. They have lost my business and any future business I would’ve given them from my office.

    Some customer brought a nasty fury dog in the restaurant. How many of you want dog hair in your food??? It is NOT OK. If you allow dogs, why have any health codes, why have serv safe, WHY HAVE GLOVES? Very unsanitary.

    Ive been here a few times, & the smoothies here are AMAZING!!! I ordered food for the first time today, I got the Thai salad, which was also AMAZING, until I found a rubber band in my salad. I'm assuming it is from one of the veggies in the salad, but it still completely ruined the salad & I refused to finish it. I'll go back for smoothies but HARD PASS on the food.

    Placed a group order for office totaling 12 smoothies. Order delivered by Doirdash and was shorted one of the smoothies and we received no straws. When I called the store to inform them I was told we would have to come pick up the smoothie or call DD for a refund. As for the straws I was told it was the drivers responsibility to get the straws and my thought is I placed the order on your website and it’s your responsibility to make sure the order is complete in it’s entirety. No apology or anything offered for the inconvenience.

    Please don’t walk but run to this place for jerk wrap. It comes with chicken but they are able to modify and remove it. It’s so delicious. I heard someone talking about the wrap and had to try it for myself. Also, thank you Devon for your excellent customer service !

    Where do I even start? All the girls in there working DO NOT want to be in there. They don’t greet you when you walk in and when you stand there to look at the menu they all stare at you with a rude face. When leaving this place, they all started talking about us and looking at us up and down with a stink face. Looking at previous reviews, this has been an issue for 7 months now and it’s obvious that the manager/owner doesn’t care about their customers experience. Customer service: 0/10 and I won’t be coming back

    You definitely need to have employees who are happy and friendly. Customer service socks and they seem disgruntled. Either pay your employees better or give them better incentives to work for your company. I am from Canada visiting and I came here and had the worst customer service experience. Everyday for the past week you are out of whey protein. Your staff has a cut finger hardly wrapped up making shakes😳

    This location has had its ups and downs. It seems to be getting better again. (Been coming here for a while since it’s the closest) latest visit was quick service. They were out of some of their sides and the indoor and outdoor wasn’t as tidy as usual. Outdoor seating available. Restroom is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

    I went into TS Wake Forest Road location on 6/21/2022 to use my free smoothie for national smoothie day through the app. The app wouldn't let me order online for pickup so I explained to cashier (ANNA) to use the free smoothie day app and not my rewards. She used my rewards anyway that I could have used any other day instead of the the free smoothie day option. I asked her to fix it, she said she didn't know how but would leave a message for her GM with my name and number to contact me. Five days later and points not returned to my account nor any communication from the GM. This was all after I watched ANNA get into an argument and be extremely rude with a customer. Anna stormed to the back with "f" expletives talking about the customer. I won't go back.

    This location is horrible, everytime I order there's an issue. My job orders multiple times in a month 5 or more pair and saves and we never get straws with our orders. Today ordered online a pair and save with a side of apple kale salad. When I got there it was an apple in my bag instead of kale salad. I asked were they out lady closest to me didn't hear the other lady say yes but still went to get salad. Lady in back stated again yes we're out,so I asked for side of corn. As she the lady in back got corn for me with her attitude proceed to say "she don't know why ppl keep ordering if we're out". How are we supposed to know you're out if the website still offers the side salad??? Everytime I go to this location the employees have attitudes. I don't recommend this location go to the one down Falls...

    I really wish I had read the reviews before I came here. The attitudes were terrible, and the girl making my order told me that I couldn't get my drink without cinnamon because she would have to make it from scratch. So I told her to go and get someone who would be able to make it then, because the previous day I had no problems ordering this. She proceeded to make it anyway, and then gave it to me wrong. The next person to make it also made it incorrectly, and had an equally as terrible attitude. Will not be coming back here. You can thank your staff for that.

    I hate walking into a place and the employees make you feel like your disturbing them for doing a job they are obviously getting paid for.... just for them to goof around. The boyish manily looking chick was extremely rude... She had her back turned to me while i was trying to order just so she could play around with her little friends... adnd the smoothie wasn't even made right...No flavor, it was actually pretty nasty. This is the second time i been here and all i do is waste money at this location. Get your some employees that enjoy their job and people because this crew ain't it

    wet floor sign on bathroom door with NO SIGNS of it being clean for multiple days , hair in sink , staffs attitude is unwelcoming the floor in the lobby is littered with leaves and paper wrappings ! Was not offered my side that came with combo . Please hire people who care about the success of your business
